I gotcha. I'm just not in any sort of debate mood right now after just hearing it, you know? Right now all I want is both of them locked up with the keys to both of their doors thrown in to Milton. Not mad at you at all. Zero, zilch, nada, nil. Honest.
It's a good discussion topic, my criticism is towards a specific viewpoint. Not whomever holds that view.
Unless that person is a moid, in which case, fuck him.
Anyway. The concern I have isn't whether the mother has culpability; it's premature to even get to the stage of examining her culpability, until we as a society fully address male violence.
A woman protecting her man and allowing him to enact violence is a symptom of the problem.
Male violence is the root of the problem.
If you attack only the symptoms, you'll have a never ending source of them. Until you get to the real root of the problem, you're just putting bandaids over tumours.
You will run out of bandaids.
We aren't holding men to account for their crimes. We aren't jailing paedos, we aren't fully sentencing murderers, we aren't doing shit. We can lock up every single enabler in a mental institution or hospital or jail. But until we actually do something about the progenitors, nothing will change.
I'll deal with society tomorrow, if there even is one.
