The standards of care for a bigender intersex person who is not at all gender fluid includes quarterly exams by a gender specialist, an annual exam with a psychiatrist and a therapist if needed. My annual is coming up soon and I'm requesting a therapist so i don't have to be dumping anything on my friends, most of whom need me to some degree for emotional support.
