Epispadias, phimosis, cryptorchidism and other such birth defects that require surgical correction are not the same as being intersex.

Also, pan-Indianism is not a thing and most native people don’t appreciate being lumped into one monolithic group.

Tom believes in something I can only describe as "pan-tribal-ancestralism", where anyone who can theoretically claim ancestry to a group that has been labelled a tribe by someone is inexplicably supposed to be on the same side of some immense cross-continental anti-imperialist struggles. When indigenous groups don't recognize him as a brother, he flips out and calls them racist against white people. But also, simultaneously, he'll say he's a Hebrew, so he's not white.

Good luck doing that here and claiming to be First Nations and wanting the money the government gives out. You have to put down what Band you belong to.

I've already found what denomination Thomas's father belonged to so they weren't real Hebrews.

Thomas will lie to feel good about himself and to use as a shield.

But also if you’re a white European who lives in Europe, that doesn’t count as indigenous because you don’t have magical brown people powers (Tom has them because he just does).

Yep, and you have to be able to prove lineage through the genealogical record if you happen to be an unregistered FN applying for the first time. I believe @Ronnie Rocket has done the homework regarding Tom's family if I'm not mistaken.
