So in this chapter we learned.

The Thing we knew already - Regeneration gets BTFO by Conqueror's so basically only Luffy and Zoro will be useful here..and the rest of the Strawhats are gonna have to fucking get off their god damn asses and get to work.

Also

The God's Knights showed up to take Shanks back and got Yeeted by Roger and crew enough times that by the time Shanks was old enough to keep long term memories they had given up, which is just funny..but also means that the World Government had real cause to give Roger Cancer-Aids so "The Government poisoned Roger" is actually on the menu. Which would be double funny because it means Imu caused his own downfall trying to prevent it.

One can only hope. Or the next villain will have some minions they can go to town on for some kind of “character moment”.

You know what else is on the menu? That everything Shanks was doing before he lost his arm was on orders from Roger, and the Gum Gum Fruit was supposed to be eaten by Ace.
 
interesting chapter

the key to beating pretty much everybody really is just gonna be use haki isnt it? i mean it does explain why joyboys haki was able to make the gorosei go away. but if thats the case currently only luffy and zoro are useful i swear sanji had hints of conquerors haki too and if not he will most likely get it soon enough.

as far as loki is concerned my theory of him being the world serpent might actually be true after all. though his power still remains to be seen. i will say though ragnirs coming with the straw hats without a doubt and usopp is going to be its new wielder. not sure how a sniper is gonna use a giant hammer but who knows maybe he could just launch it at people.

also the fact that rogers crew was regularly taking down gods knights really hits home how much stronger the other straw hats need to get.

part of me has hope that brook is going to be the one to take down gunko later on down the line cant say much for anybody else though unless chopper awakens his devil fruit or has picked up some skills from the minks like sulong mode or whatever. actually on the topic of devil fruits how has robin not awakened hers fully yet?
 
I kinda wonder if Harald had been allowed to have Ida be his lawfully-wedded wife (he's the king, why couldn't he say the law against marrying outsiders was retarded? Is the king more of a figurehead?) that a lot of stuff wouldn't have gone the way they did. At the very least, he would've been much happier and Ida would've been able to reel him in more, though Loki likely wouldn't have been born, perhaps.

I dunno, I pity the guy, but at the same time, he made choices with consequences that ultimately piled up too high to ignore. He's a messy character, and that's okay. Some people are just as messy.
 
Powercreep and "Nepo Piece" two of the dumbest complaints and comparisons to Naruto that people (Vantablack Street Shitters) are making at the moment. Its a fucking SHONEN MANGA, what do people expect when Bleach, Naruto, and a whole bunch of others do the same thing? The big problems with Naruto (Dogshit world building, Dogshit side character usage, Dogshit Romance, Completely replacing the soundtrack at the start of Shippuden, etc.) are nowhere to be seen in One Peak.

the feeling i get is that even if harald said anything there was clearly an elite class of giants that would have had a fit and so it would have caused more harm than good. especially since harald at the end of the day just wanted his people to be happy and well taken care of. so a random giant civil war breaking out would have caused some problems.

the thing i have noticed a fair amount with elbaf so far is that the giants are similar to the fishmen and harald is like neptune if neptune was stupid and tried to work with arlong and the arlong pirates to ensure a positive future for fishman island.

the fishmen and giants are both really set in their ways and their customs and hierarchy's and neither seem to respond well to things breaking that way of life. though the giants especially when harald was alive were even worse than the fishmen.

so his struggles are understandable even if it does get to a point where he must have been so deep in delusion that even saul telling him about ohara somehow went over his head.

Problem with that is I am fairly sure that variety is the one that can't be learned. Only some people have it and if they don't they can't learn it.

So most likely Luffy will work out some way to share the coating effect.

I don’t get where you guys think Harald did anything noble. He did everything to impress one girl and became a cuck at every opportunity. He’s a self-hating cuck who wants to see his own people humiliated. Only at the last second does he realize he’s a cuck.

It would be one thing if you were offering insight, or you were being witty or funny, but you're definitely not. No one in this thread seems to think so at least. So I really can't understand why you keep doing the same shit over and over. It's really fucking confusing.

the way i always figured it was that conquerors haki is rare but the reason it cannot be taught is because its a haki that comes from the soul. you can be as strong as kaido but that wont really save you against someone whos soul is stronger. that will is what makes conquerors haki and its why it usually reveals itself when the haki user is in a life or death situation.

in other words if the other straw hats were to all get conquerors haki them all getting destroyed by the gods knights might actually help it come out.
