Speaking from personal experience being around similar people, these kinds of guys are fairly capable of having normal lives at some point that they adopt reluctantly. They're either in a functional state where they slowly grow out of the stuff they did online, or they're always in a chase for the comfort zone they had - to try fulfilling what they couldn't manage to do a few years ago. And then that feeling of lost opportunity can start to mount.

If I had to guess he probably had to get a full time job somewhere, potentially around the age of 30 which is when options for having housemates or living with parents often gets exhausted. That, or he just got smart enough to hide a new FurAffinity and DeviantArt account from the public eye. Looking at his XBox play history, it somewhat falls in line with not having enough time for vidya with Minecraft last played 4 months ago. If we pretended he's not just doing VRChat now that is.
 
Did a quick look and unless I miscounted there were a total of 171 new videos in 2024 (regular episodes, so not counting complete series, best ofs, merch announcements, or one off videos like the Eggman won ai song.) and Zach was in a whopping 15 total (8.7%). Most of which were from Boneyplays this year. For comparison, Chris' Irish friend Paddy was in 9 videos this year, and he was just visiting.
I get that he's busy with Smiling Friends but still, for an ostensibly "main" cast member (they know to put him on every best of thumbnail to increase views) that's a pretty weak showing. I wonder if Zach has been trying to separate himself from Oneyplays for one reason or another? I doubt that personally but it sure feels like he doesn't want to be on the show much anymore.

I don't even dislike Cory like others here, but this is not the kind of playthrough for him. This is a narrative and I know he won't shut up. He also will probably fill the playthrough with trivia about the game he's seen online.

- Zach returns
- Cory
- Accusations levied against Tomar in the first minute
- "What the fuck is this game?"
- Genuine anger
- Even some Niall humiliation during the end

At least for me anyways, this is the recipe for a classic episode. Great start for the year. :biggrin:

Hogwarts and obviously saints row were the best for it.
It's only been up for 2 hours and they're calling Cory tranny banger a Trump supporter lol.
