I cannot fucking believe that Linkara was giving shit to Doug for "writing a rape scene." I unfortunately know enough context that it is *not* a rape scene, just a brainwashing scene. Under Linkara's logic then the Borg are a hivemind of rapists. But most importantly, Linkara himself famously wrote a rape scene in his shitty comics; some sort of play on stage where they were supposed to simulate a rape scene but they do it for real. Very edgy.

So, how many years you guys reckon until Chris uploads the prerecorded RE9 play-through? Le sigh maybe that one reddit post was right.... Oneyplays is over?...
All I want is some Adamkino with more svedo-japanese escapade stories...

It is genuinely starting to get pretty annoying how long they go without uploading new videos. Like, the Half Sword video was of a really old build, the game doesn't look or work like that anymore. We'll probably get RE9 soon, since it's a more noteworthy game, but it's really irritating knowing just how much content they hold on to and never put out. For all we know, the current Bubsy playthrough was recorded in early 2025.

Honestly, Ive been a bit put off Oneyplays for the last year or so, and I know its been said many times that the content gets stale, the boys seem tired yadayada other armchair parasocial critiques but it has some truth, and to be honest, parasocial fags (me included) are their bread and butter.
its not like I expect some artistically genius high-art, Im watching because I personally like these people reacting to content I like and engaging with each other in a funny way, so, if they arent doing that, whats the point? For me personally, the new low was them watching reels for 30 minutes.
The only thing I really dislike is watching newly put out content made nearly three years ago.
