Operation Chris Eater commences

The PD at least seems competent enough to tell Chris to stop Facebooking every 2 days about how "justified" he was. Naturally you can't expect pure legal skill out of a PD, but I wouldn't disregard their ability. They passed law school just as much as anyone else, just couldn't get, you know, an actual big boy lawyer job.
That's kind of a bullshit attitude. Lots of very good lawyers start out as PD's, it's an excellent way to get criminal trial experience. They are very over worked, but believe it or not it's actually a job that people compete to get.

Is this real life? Or am I. . .still in a dream?

Seriously, though, good luck.

Lol, look at this guy who probably works at McDonalds looking down on a lawyer.

Best wishes on your trip. I hope you get some good pics of Chris and/or Barb, in a photo-friendly space. And take some shots of CWC landmarks if you can.
Me, I'm praying that there aren't any weens in the courtroom, looking to make a bad situation worse. Hopefully even they realize what a judge can do to smartasses and spergs who disrupt a hearing.

Best of luck with your trip! Marvin says Barb didn't make Chris cut his hair but surely she won't allow him to go to the trial in female attire. I'm actually really curious what is going though Barb and CWC's minds right now. Are either of them worried about tomorrow? Is Chris just playing with Lego as Barb slumbers? I agree tomorrow will probably be uneventful, unless Chris decides to insist on sperging to the judge about blue arms. Last time he had an attorney who knew him at least little bit and had prepped him to speak and even then it didn't work completely. He will probably meet the PD for the first time tomorrow. So unless Barb has taken the time to make Chris understand that he needs to not mention it I think that may happen.

Obey the judge's orders at all times. This is a proceeding that is open to the public and a matter of public record, but the judge is entitled to run the courtroom however he or she sees fit. Do not try to troll a judge or bailiff, and I would highly recommend leaving your cell phone in the car. Do not try to sneak anything you're not supposed to, judges will not tolerate being disrespected. Look forward to hearing your account of tomorrow's appearance, thanks for going.

Sure, But if you read his facebook message, he pulls the card himself, And we don't even know if the video will be taken in as evidence at all.
So if he told verbatim what he said on FB to his PD then he might use that.
That's what I think though.
If the court doesn't have the video we saw, they definitely will have the in store camera footage of it. That might actually be better than the footage we've seen

Didn't even think about that, You are right.

Just imagine a multi-angle shot of Chris inside the premises from start to finish. It's a shame it's not gonna make its way to youtube if it even exists...

Will she though? She's a pretty negligent parent and unlike last time she wasn't involved with the arrest. Maybe I'm jaded at this point but it wouldn't surprise me if she didn't care.

"Negligent" is a very polite way to describe Barb. That said I think Barb is grounded enough in reality to know that the trial is important, and more than anything she needs Chris. Maybe more than Chris needs her at this point. I'd be very surprised if she wasn't at least attempting to make Chris presentable.

I'm already in Charlottesville and checked into a shitty motel. Gonna go to the trial tomorrow but in the meantime, I think I'll go on a Chris' Places of interest tour. Might even eat at his favorite McDonalds.

Try to resist the urge to sit at the booth where he had his Lego Manchester High diorama. No need to risk getting holey-buttocks from any lingering scabies.

i hope @Rammspieler bring a plushie of Sonic with blue arms to the trial....

Enjoy your trip, catch what you can and fill us in on the rest. Chris has the ability to act out when we don't expect it, so tomorrow will likely pass with nothing too interesting occurring. But who knows, maybe he'll say or do something outrageous.

Either way, have a good time!
