Yeah, there is absolutely something fishy about all this. As more video comes out it's pretty clear he's definitely in Tel Aviv. Or he's a pro at video re-dubbing who somehow managed to find suitable random footage of the streets of Tel Aviv, and just how likely is that? But a few seconds here and there of shaky street footage wth idiotic commentary isn't any kind of hard proof of what he's actually doing over there.
Twenty year olds can't buy a beer. Or a handgun. And can be dependent on their parents liability insurance. And all sorts of other things that make them less than full and complete adults. It sucks, I know, but there it is.
Which is largely beside the point, because the state department would extract recompense from wherever they can get it.
That's what I suspect. It's probable he's there for some unrelated reason (or possibly
was there - have we seen anything establishing the time of this footage?), and is using the opportunity to

. I would think someone there for the sole purpose of "rescuing tupac" would release more constant footage; the gaps lead me to believe he has other thing to do with his time. I know he doesn't seem bright enough to pull off that sort of deception, but nobody this stupid IRL would have managed to get into Israel in the first place (because if someone that stupid were to able to slip through customs, well then we've all got bigger problems to worry about).
I would comment about the stupidity of putting this much effort into trolling Jace (or us or whoever), but it doesn't pay to underestimate weenery.
He doesn't sound hungry and he is definitely getting water somehow. I don't care how much elite parkour once and future muhreen training he's had, nobody wanders the streets of Tel Aviv for four days in the middle of July without drinking anything. Which is another argument against the "idiot with no money or resources wandering the same ten blocks of Tel Aviv for days" story.
