iirc Titan was an MMO set in the near future where part of it was everyday normal stuff when you had characters that adopted personas to do fun stuff. Most of the initial characters OW characters are from what was destined for Titan.

It was canceled for the same reason SC Ghost, Lord of the Clans etc. was canceled; Blizzard is the paradigm of miss management in modern business.

So it turns out, if you have the Viber desktop app and someone messages you, Overwatch minimizes by itself : DDD on every message : DDDD it doesn't show any notification at all because I have those turned off while playing, nothing happens other than the game minimizing : DDDDDDDD And when the person messaging you has the habit of writing 2 words per message, and has 3 sentences to send, game just hops on and off : DDDDDDDDDD im not having fun right now

And before I forget about it, after having played LoL for years as well as CS and Valorant for enough time, I can comfortably say Overwatch has the absolute worst matchmaking of any competitive game I've played so far. The disgusting forced 50/50 winrate, the atrocious queue times, the delusional balance team. Sometimes I wonder why I even play at all. How come all other games can figure stuff out but Blizzard can't?

I hate it so much it's unreal and it happens so often the system is absolutely flawed to the core. At some point there are games that are completely forced for one side, chosen by the algorithm with high certainty that one team will win and other will lose. And I hate how redditors and streamers tell you to just keep doing your best, because while yes, you will rank up eventually if you keep performing, this many games shouldn't feel so fucking forced. No other game implements the 50/50 winrate the way Blizzard does and "just deal with it" gives this retarded company a pat on the back for being shit. And the 'unranked to GM challenge' niggerfaggots can unironically hang themselves. "just hit all your shots bro" "just outplay everybody bro" "see how I played that? see how I predicted what these plat noobs will do and shat on them? just do the same every game and youll be GM in no time" SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP and stop fucking smurfing for content you worthless male prostitutes. "its easy bro just play like top 0000.1% and you'll rank up in 5 games like i did" you pederasts get the rope nothing more to say.

Whenever they don't feel like playing anymore they just pick battle Mercy and go 1v1 the tank. Fucking retards I hate this company so much it's unreal

Slight powerlevel, but I got to have a chat with an ex Blizzard mainstay earlier this year. According to him, this is almost exactly what happened for all their esports endeavors. Activision saw the bank League was making and they wanted a piece of that and they wanted it now now now. Never mind the organic way League's community grew.

I also don't think Overwatch is a great spectator game. It's too visually busy. It doesn't help they appeared to have hired a bunch of ex ESPN type boomers to run it, what with them censoring "wtf" and "lmao" in chat.

I miss old overwatch so much :( I miss when mercy was fun and didn't get stuck on a single molecule of oxygen , I miss when her movement was ACTUALLY fun and good , I miss gency </3 , I miss mercy's old personality , I miss old mercy,I miss the times when Mercy was actually good and i didn't have to switch to imani/ana to win , I wish Mercy's skins were actually designed well instead of low tier trash and oh look! Mercy got her 5th Asian related skin , it's crazy how much they want her to be an asian. Couldn't they give the thai skin to that faggot called wifeleaver who's actually y'know , from Thailand?

Also , I fucking hate the OW2 comp queue , it's so bad , which retard decided it's a good idea? 1 round I get a useless sombra that does absolutely dogshit , then my team stomps the enemy team and then I get a retarded one-trick moira main that refuses to switch. It's not worth getting angry at this game , don't even bother , stay chill but try best when there's still a chance to win. Also remember to not say a single negative word otherwise you can be banned for 7 days. I got suspended for 2 weeks for saying `noob team` . Don't bother wasting your energy to be rude and don't waste your emotions.

I still will never get over the decision to remove Symmetra's auto-aim on her LMB, because Blizzard decided to cater to whiners that bitched about it.
