Probably because his house (actually it's his wife's house. Her name in on all the legal paperwork.) is split down the middle and they rent out the other half to somebody. That's why everyone makes fun of him for having "half-a-house".
So when this wife eventually leaves him too she'll also take everything just like the last one. And Patrick here calls himself a man.

More bad news for Pat today. The case in CA was delayed for another month because his arguement had no evidence of Quasi101 from the forums doing anything that would be considered defamation. So they are now giving him ANOTHER 10 days to find some sort of evidence which they won't find because it doesn't exist.

He rapidly developed into "a legitimate stand-up comedian":

So much so that he audibly whimpers after stammering his way to bombs in 2015 (may need headphones):

I have in my possession something nearly everyone thought long lost: the 2014 Cthulhu Comedy Collective performances at 42Lounge that were scrubbed from the internet. It is a bombfest of such horrifying magnitude that, even after being falsely accused of a host of crimes by the plaintiff, I'm still hesitant to do anything with it. The first time I watched it I cringed until my face muscles were exhausted.

Post it.

Never underestimate a scumbag lawyer's ability to drag out a case if his paycheck depends on it.

Don't forget this case should've ended months ago, had it not been for all the extensions and Resto's obstructiveness.
All that really means to me is that his lawyers love bleeding him dry for money. They know they can't win so might as well milk it til it's Dead.

I don't give a fuck if your 120 year old house has pocket doors or not.

Pocket doors are for poor people who don't have enough space to swing a real door.

That yard is completely fucked, and only a collossal narcissist would post pictures like that thinking it was some kind of achievement.
It's not even fenced in on all sides. Their fire pit is basically a hobo binfire in an alleyway.

Sometimes, some people shouldn’t follow their dreams. Especially if they’re obese children like Fatrick “Augustus Gloop” Sean Tomlinson.

Please release these videos. I've gotta see this.

I think the stand-up compilation might be my ride-off-into-the-sunset Patpost, though. I also want to contrast how famous comedians like Louis Anderson, Drew Carey, etc. deal with criticism compared to Mr. "my hairline hasn't budged in 20 years...I'm not fat by any medical standard, child". The whole thing would take a huge amount of time.

I'm also waiting to see if lying fuckface tries to subpoena my info again.
Why wait? First, we have no idea when his lulz will fade, so waiting until you think he's milked out seems odd. Second, if you post it, we can all get involved in dissecting it. Third, make with the pathos, man!

Pat has a falling out with his favorite news network.

Someone offers to help Pat stop drinking, is likely added to the lawsuit for it.

Some tragic news, this thread is about to get a lot less funny. Pat is apparently going back into comedy.

Set list? I thought this was a live music term. I've never heard it used in the context of stand-up comedy. Is he saying he wrote down the order he is going to say his pre-written jokes in? He's going to have like 5 or 10 minutes at an open mic, how long could this list be? Or is he saying he wrote his whole "act" in one day? Either way I am very very interested.

Also, the fact that he felt the need to put legitimate before "stand-up comedian" but not before sci fi writer possibly shows some self awareness on Fat's part, and with self awareness a tiny little self justifying white lie as well. He is a published author, but he knows he has no real metric to show that he is a stand-up comedian. Has he ever been booked or featured anywhere? I would think that's one of the basic requirements to consider yourself a "legitimate stand-up comedian". Maybe that's why he said "legitimate" and not "professional". An open micer could be said to be legitimate, but if they aren't getting paid they aren't professionals. Either way, it is my autistic belief that this one word gives us a look at the deluded mind of Fatrick.

I've heard Joe Rogan use the term "set" when talking about stand up comedy. I think Eddie Murphy and Seinfeld also use the term during the CCC episode.

Is it footage from the time he bombed so bad he apologized for it on Twitter the next day?
Nah, that was after he stormed a Trump rally and bravely took a #RESISTANCE selfie and rode away on his scooter.

I looked EVERYWHERE for a clip of that. It didn't turn up anything except for a documentary on Milwaukee's stand-up scene. The de facto main figure in the documentary is Chris Schmidt, the guy to whom Plaintiff offered an extremely rare narcissist apology.

Despite the documentary being 26 minutes long, a much younger and less obese Patrick is featured for less than three seconds:

The bloopers make the shocking reveal that Patrick is incapable of not being an attention-seeking jerkoff for more than a few seconds at a time:

On the bright side, he played a bigger role in the documentary than he did in his daughter's life. So, that's something.

Patrick was almost entirely an open-micer, but occasionally got a technically paying gig, such as this one for a $5-a-head split between 8 comics and the venue owner:
