Hope you've got good insurance, because some tranny will burn the place down within half a year.

The age of this account is irrelevant. Obviously I would provide Jersh with all of my legal documents and a background check on who I am.
Make sure you send him your dilation schedule too so he accounts for that when scheduling your daily tasks. The age of this account is irrelevant. Obviously I would provide Jersh with all of my legal documents and a background check on who I am.
as insane as this idea is, instead of buying a house to register the business in, could you put it in an apartment complex with a front gate and security?
Almost every lease and HOA agreement will have a clause 'can not run business from this property'. Even if you 'own' a condo..could you buy it? maybe just pay a condo fee or something? In some apartment complexes you can just outright buy the apartment and then you pay a service to the larger building, but it's more like an HOA. They don't necessarily have the right to evict you on a whim.
This is exactly what would happen. Or they would call the bank and get them to cancel the mortgage. It would need to be owned with cash in a very conservative, anti-troon area.use local government to complain about any and everything that might be a code violation and swamp you with citations and fees.
Any natural person who is a permanent resident at the described address can be a registered agent.Would you be willing to provide a bit of security like willing to install cameras and high speed internet/vpns/etc.?
Also could somebody move for this? And are greencard holders eligible if they get US citizenship?
Some apartment complexes have live-in maintenance personnel. Perhaps if you talked to the on-site repair guy at one such place with a security lobby, there would be less of a chance of the person getting evicted if the landlord trusts them enough to be the on-site maintenance guy, as well as security stopping any would-be interlopers. If the building was rented they would be evicted and I would be paying just as much per month.
There's literally no way this could go tits upMaybe fund a gun
I would do it in a heartbeat. In this fucking economy? This is the funniest way to get housing.although i don't know who would be willing to do such a thing.
no why the fuck would i want to do thatIf you're going to outright buy a house just to have a physical address for the site, and it absolutely must have a living, breathing person in residence there, wouldn't it make more sense to just bite the bullet, move back to the US, and live in it yourself?
