He's an insane, drug addicted alcoholic who lives in his family's unfinished basement. I'm not sure what his disorder is, but he REALLY hates women. Not even in a loveshy way, more so in a psychotic way.

Like I said, his birthday's pretty close to Christmas, so he and his mother always have the Christmas get-together at their house, and Jeffrey gets to open his gifts in front of everybody. Most years, he gets an impressive haul of stuff, but still finds something to bitch over.
So there's a very well-known dramacow in the Deaf community that would result in a very active thread here but almost all of his insanity is in his videos which are ASL and typically 30ish minutes long. I don't really want to give him the views either.

His name is Ricky Taylor but he typically goes by Ridor (his spergy blog) or Ridor9th (protected twitter but I can see his tweets) and his backup Facebook account for when he gets banned on his main one is Krona Duncan.

He will go on social media accounts of the people he's trying to out and spam LESBIAN in their comments along with making videos about them. For years, he's been tolerated but he recently outed Nyle DiMarco who is like Jesus incarnate right now for the Deaf community due to his appearance on America's Next Top Model and winning.
Some of the bigger names in the community banded together to start a new hashtag - #BLOCKRickyTaylor and threatened to defriend mutuals. It was a hot mess as some of the people were messaging friends who hadn't defriended Ricky to demand that they do it right NOW or lose them as a friend. Some of the people that he had personally victimized started coming forward and dropping truthbombs.
Here's a blog post about it that talks about the hashtag and the outing of Nyle with the posts and all. He went back to delete the posts when the hashtag started to take off.
He's a SJW too but a really fucked up one who just uses it to justify attacking people. Someone more successful than him and actually liked? WHITE PRIVILEGE DEAF FAMILY PRIVILEGE GALLAUDET PRIVILEGE WAHH WAHH WAHH.
When he's not crying about other people, he's sperging about Green Lantern or college sports. Half of his posts are him posting scans and explaining how it's relevant to his current dramafest or just to sperg about how it's the best. It's the college sports where he gets borderline stalkerish. The idiot you see posting in comments about how they won't support that team? That's him. He worships Israel and has a massive hateboner for Muslims and refugees.
Ricky thinks everybody is out to get him which I guess was true for a bit but it's hilarious to see him yell at them for supposedly trying to spy on him like when he did a massive twitter cull. He googles himself all the time and makes a vlog when he finds a new hit. I cannot wait for the day he discovers this post. The vlog is going to be amazing and I'll actually watch the entire thing.
I'm not even close to done listing all of his shit or even get into the group that he's an admin of on Facebook - Deaf Thought Police. The name says it all. More than enough material in there to get a there on the farms too but it's got the same problem as Ricky since it's almost all personal vlogs.

That would be the greatest day ever. They haven't crossed paths as far I know. Some of his favorite targets are Kylie's friends but I'm not sure if he'd risk having a go at the king of Oppression Olympics. His twitter is protected and it's been that way a while due to his paranoid tendencies so I doubt it'll change anytime soon

A dear friend of mine has an ex who is stalking her despite numerous verbal threats by her to tell him to leave her alone or she will get the cops. This guy has:
- 6 Facebook accounts (3-4 maybe deactivated now).
- 2 DeviantART accounts.
- Three Twitter Accounts.
- Three youtube accounts. Attempted making a shitty vlog and let's play account.
He is a compulsive liar and lied about his age to her which could have gotten her in trouble with the law (the online dated). He also, as I said, stalked her by block evading. He and his current online girlfriend try to pose as other people by making multiple accounts and coping a person's current display picture and then messaging their friends in hopes of starting drama. Recent person they did that was my friend's other ex she is trying to get back with who happens to be her best friend.
Shit he has lied about:
- Being 17 going on 18 while dating my friend. He was 16 when they dated, 18 now.
- His mother dying when he was born and gaining SSI because of it.
- His father abandoned him and was lying to the government to get said SSI from him.
- His girlfriend he dated when he was 13 died various ways.
- That he got surgery to change his gender from male to female.
- That he died his hair to be silver. It was a wig.

The one sticking point I typically have with the Deaf community is that like the Austistic one a lot of people shit on the idea that it should be cured.

I can see why if you're basically completely used to it, you might not want to bother personally learning how to use a new sense, but it's absurd to try to force deafness on children for some bullshit "cultural" reason.
I have no clue about anybody in particular. This was the late 90s when I learned from a teacher who was CODA, but we'd get little snapshots of some the militant Deaf in the area and the whole community sounded like the usual qlique-y bullshit.
There was still a lot of CI fear in the 90's but it's a lot chiller and better now as people understood that it wouldn't mean the total destruction of deafness.
All we ask for is options - give the child hearing aids then allow them to decide if they want to keep using them or get a CI later on or stop using them entirely. It's fairly major surgery in which the child doesn't have a say in which is pretty shitty.
It's not the miracle cure that everybody thinks it is but if someone decides to get a CI, that's fine, they're still welcome in the community as long they don't become an asshole about it. I've seen people go both ways and the ones who are chill are still active in the community but others who cut ties immediately, not so much. If they don't want to be with the community, why should the community want to have them around?
If your community is constantly under attack, it's understandable to try stand up for yourselves to preserve your way of life and language. Sign languages aren't going to be around after the "cure" despite people saying that it won't die out and we love our language as it's pretty awesome. Nobody wants to see it fade away into obscurity like many many languages before it when the native speakers died out.
There are organizations today that aggressively attack sign languages today such as the Alexander Graham Bell Foundation and from there, doctors and audiologists explicitly tell parents to not allow their child to interact with any deaf people or use sign language at all claiming that it'll impede their progress despite research proving otherwise. It's fine for hearing babies to use 'baby sign language' but it's not ok for deaf babies even ones with CIs.
Something that I feel like a lot of hearing people don't realize - we didn't create the culture and community, they did by 'othering' deaf people and sending them to residential schools. It's no coincidence that major community hubs are mostly in areas with deaf schools. Some states have the local school in a super rural area but deaf people still flock to it because that's where the jobs and other deaf people are. It's not like there's much jobs for us - even oral deaf people with CIs.
And it's not like that you telling me that you don't agree with my way of life is going to change things any or my opinion of it. I know it's got its issues but what doesn't?
