Also for someone who's supposed to be living on a budget and is constantly begging for money he eats out a helluva lot. That gallery of food easily looked like a couple hundred bucks wasted on some frilly shit. Then again we're talking about the only homeless fucker that would shop at a Whole Foods.

So Phil has hoarded the entire place inside of 3 months; nailed things to every surface (ruining the walls); and even though he's now inside has foot fungus so badly he could STILL lose a foot. I don't imagine he showers much, but how can Toren shower in the same tub? Shouldn't Toren be equally infected with the fungus by this point?

And the couch and pillows look like they were probably street finds, if they didn't have vermin when they were brought in, they probably do by now.

God I cringed as well when I saw the photo of Phil's greasy hair and infected face in the facial harness (?) in the store - who let him try it on?? There's no way it's not affected by contact with his skin. Also the tattoo shops he's gone to - they'd have to tell him he has to bathe before coming in, right? They probably don't care if he gets infected later, but someone like him will smell up the shop, infect the equipment, and n one else is going to want to be in the shop that day when you have homeless smell in the place.

He should certainly be evicted for bringing in vermin, fungus and hoarding. The landlord should be legally allowed to make an inspection at any point with notice, and Phil doesn't know well enough to try to clean up beforehand.

If the place is shitty enough they won't care enough to do inspections unless there's serious complaints. Pets you don't have deposits on, rancid smells or loud, obnoxious noises after a certain time are normally the kind of complaints other tenants can make that could lead to someone coming by and checking things...but then again they could just leave a note stating someone made a complaint and you have such and such time to fix it. Given that Phil smokes weed all the time and lives in squalor is a good indication that this place is pretty much a rat's nest to begin with.

I've lived in a place that did inspections about every three to four months and they pretty much have a checklist; no garbage just sitting around, clothes no scattered about like you sleep on the floor and the place shouldn't smell like a pigs ass. They also spray for bug frequently. I get the impression the place where Phil lives probably already has a cockroach problem.

Phil is being slowly taken over by the cordyceps fungus and will soon be some vile monster from The Last of Us.

Likely, if neighbors haven't complained about new vermin. Bringing in vermin is grounds for eviction in most places but the way to prove it's them is that there were no vermin beforehand, and vermin after (and conditions conducive to vermin, like the trash laying around that you mentioned.) If the building already had a vermin issue no one would notice Phil and Slingblade causing a nuisance.

Does he still do? The only thing about Phil and weed was that he tried vaping once and made a video. He never brought it up again and I presume he crushed his vaping pen under his weight.

He's got potato blight. Straight up. Look at his feet. What the fuck is happening??? Chris has shit poor hygiene but at least he's never grown straight up fungus on himself (that we know of).

And how the fuck does he still have an ear after that disgusting mess of a piercing?

Miracle of potatoes I guess.
