Hi, I'm not sure if this is well known about Ralph but his tiny little brain is completely scrambled from drugs and alcohol. When I say "scrambled", I mean making-scrambled-eggs-then-putting-them-into-a-blender level of scrambled. He is actually unlearning English because of it.
In a similar vein, why suddenly do people believe that he is even going to rehab? Because he said so? The guy who has a confirmed track record of lies and falsehoods and regularly bends the truth? Why do so many people now take him at his word? I see new members post that they have info or are a certain person and immediately the posts begin, "prove it", "contact a mod to verify" etc. But now the pig says he is going to rehab, without any solid proof provided other than his unreliable words, and the discussion is about how he will do, how long will he stay, where is he going.
Maybe I missed him posting proof such as an intake form or something else, if so, please direct me to any proof he provided other than from his fat mouth.

It would be really impressive if Ralph managed to get sober, but I just don't see it. Josh laid out out pretty well on MATI, but just look at his life. He's in a foreign country because he's too poor to live in the US. He has child support payments. His show makes no money when he's sober. He has no friends. Even if the Juju break up is all gayfabe, Dax was never really his friend to begin with. Milo is consistently a snake. He already tried to crawl back to America First and they turned him down. He has absolutely no real support so I fully expect him to relapse and die.
The biggest compliment I can give Ralph is he somehow hasn't blown his brains out yet, I've seen people kill themselves in less fucked situations.
Ralph is the boy who cried sober, I love how every one of the 82,495 redemption arcs there is paypigs lining up to support him and wishing him well. It really is a testament to how retarded most people are.
I strongly suspect there is no rehab taking place and that he's just taking 2 weeks off so he can pretend he's clean and its a total ralphic victory when he comes back.
However, since I am often wrong about shit, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hope he actually is going to put forth the smallest amount of effort to clean up his act and save his own fucking life.

Pictures would do a world of good even though we’d have a bunch of mugging for the camera and pointing at the people who work there. Then we’ll find out either right away or later that they were all taken at a soon-to-be shut down place where young ladies would dance wearing only bits of clothing. “THIS HERE’S THE GUY WHO RAN THE FRONT DESK! AN’ THIS IS ONE OF THE ORDERLIES.“ and “AH BUSTED MAH HIP WHEN AH WAS EJECTED BAH THE, UH, ORDERLIES, WHEN AH TRAHED TUH TAKE PICHERS OF THE DANCERS, UH, NURSES!”
The only problem is Ralph is in Mexico so if he winds up in prison, unless its during a field trip to California, its probably going to be down there for drunkenly beating a prostitute to death or something. And while he might be able to survive a US incarceration, down there he'd never survive the stay.
What you describe sounds like you worked at an American, or western, facility? They have a variety of guardrails in place (probably also accepted Medicaid or private insurance, which ensures more regulations) and legal requirements that absolutely do not exist in Mexico. Available beds do not seem to be an issue in the Mexican system from what I can ascertain, definitely not like they are in the USA.
Many rehabs in America, for liability reasons, wouldn’t touch Ralph due to the benzo/ alcohol detox. They would require a medically monitored benzo detox before being admitted…or possibly a doctor signing off on a supervised taper dosage. Some rehabs have medical detox units, some don’t. Ralph, under a western regulated facility, would need the medical detox to start with. I don’t think Mexican rehabs would be overly concerned with this.
There are a few nice “western standard” type facilities in Mexico (usually closer to SD) targeted to Americans. Those places charge about $9k a month and some are even swanky. There is no way Ralph found a legitimate rehab for $900 a month. God only knows what he’s talking about, even if there is any “rehab” involved at all.
Ralph is in Mexico, it’s the Wild West when it comes to “health care” vs North America. With all the medical services they do provide in Mexico, at much cheaper rates to lure American $$$, drug rehab isn’t really one of them. This is for a variety of reasons. Ralph claiming he could go to rehab for $900 a month there furthers the smell of rank BS.
Mexico does run real drug/alcohol rehabilitation centers, their national healthcare/ welfare system funds them. Ironically there is even a program (sort of like Medicaid) called IMSS, that Ralph could qualify for to get treatment even as a foreigner living in the country. Ralph has never paid for healthcare, ever. Medicaid coverage was the only way he ever got any healthcare…and going to ERs and ignoring the bills. I’d imagine if he actually did need treatment he would only be whatever he could get for free.
Ralph would never pay out of pocket for a legit rehab stay. He didn’t pay for college, he didn’t pay for his daughter’s prenatal/ birth, he stiffed the ER’s that have treated him after car accidents and airport heart attacks. If it was possible he stiffed the hospital in Portugal that fixed his face after the beating. Ralph only spends money on basic survival, things that appeal to his vanity, his sex drive and intoxicants. He will never spend more than $500 on things that would meaningfully improve his life or standard of living.
He would never survive in an actual Mexican govt funded, charity type rehab. It would be hardcore, no frills, boot camp like rehab. The type of dorm living conditions and mandatory schedule Ralph could never endure with drugs, much less sober. It would be similar to his stint in a VA jail, but he could walk out of it at any time. Nevermind the fact that they are Spanish language facilities. Even with some helpful English speakers around Ralph isn’t going to be able to communicate or be able socialize, which is pretty vital given the nature of rehab facilities.
But even if he did somehow find a low cost, but not free, rehab for $900 a month he would never survive in it. At that price it would probably just a bit more comfortable than the charity / govt run programs.

Agreed. Ralph is doing “something” but the odds of it being an actual rehab are remote. My theory is he’s trying to move to Tijuana or move back to the USA.
Ralph isn’t voluntarily giving up his entire existence (which is Twitter and streaming) for a week or two, for no reason, or just to sell a rehab arc. He’s got nothing, and no income, if he’s offline, what he would do with himself offline is a mystery.
I think the most likely explanation is he’s moving and it will take him a week or two to accomplish this. Wasn’t he trying to move closer to the border into Tijuana? Maybe he found a place, in-between getting beat up by a bouncer and yelling at a diaper changing station, when he was there last week. Maybe one of those really good friends he claims to have said they can rent a trailer together in El Paso.
Ralph would have to figure out how to transport himself, some crap and cats 2,700 miles to get Tijuana or even back stateside. I don’t think he has his truck anymore, but even if he did, it would be a big undertaking.
The rehab thing gives him cover for being offline and then when he returns he can pretend he’s sober, but for real this time because “rehab,” for the 23rd time and grift superberries upon his return.
It might be why he was extra upset with Dick for the cold shoulder. Part of his plan for moving to Tijuana would have involved his good buddy Dick. Surely if Ralph was just a two hours down the road they could do some collabs! Soon Dick would see Ralph was superior to Vito.
Dick shutting the door shut in his face hit extra hard as a result. Ralph had more in mind, long term, than just lunch and a show. He probably hoped to sniff out prospects. Dick could help Ralph make inroads with the SoCal streamers, make intros to others in the region. Ralph was already dreaming about his new SoCal lifestyle and buddies in his wet brain.
This is also why his “rehab” was so open-ended and vague. Rehabs are pretty clear about duration, 3 day detox, 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, etc… everyone knows 30 days is the usual minimum stay but it won’t take that long for Ralph to move and he will need to start streaming again as soon as he get settled somewhere and how ever long that takes will suffice for rehab.
If he could afford it, he would just move back to the USA, but closer to the border will suffice. He’s totally isolated in Merida and can’t learn Spanish. I think his big plan is a change of scenery which then he will def be able to cut back on the booze and Xanax. (I think access to cheap, legal Xanax is the other reason needs to stay in Mexico. Cost of living is the primary reason.)

Ralph has legit mental issues. He's likely coming down from a manic or BPD episode and that's leading him to seek rehab. But the moment that light switches back the other way, old pigger tits will be sucking down the Modelos and Xannies, hollering himself horse.
Having Borderline Personality Disorder and addicted to benzos, booze, and ambien sounds like a nightmare for the brain. I've been watching the slow deterioration since I last logged in and his brain is becoming Swiss cheese. If he sticks to rehab (he won't) he will get some lucidity back but the BPD will prevent him from saving himself
