"No evidence" other than the fact that he isolated Faith, monitored all her online activity, communication between her and anyone needed to be done through him, and a bunch of other insane controlling behavior. Add to that the fact that he's more paranoid now than ever and that there is no chance he's letting her run free because she might say something he doesn't like.
Also let's not forget him responding to himself and promoting how great he was on the jcaesar account, so it wouldn't be the first time.
Besides, why does Ralph need to carry around 2 different phones? When he was doing "IRL" then there might have been need for it, but now? What would two phones help him do? Other than comfortably manage multiple twitter accounts.

I actually don't know what's worse though, if for whatever reason May is actually tweeting all those robotic "loving" messages out of her own free will, it might actually be worse than Ralph sending himself "loving"/"supportive" messages. If it's her then she is either as insane as he is, which would explain a lot, or she does it because she's afraid to anger him, but I still think it's Ralph talking to himself.

He's doing the DSP thing, but this is a different era with a lot of history. He came up riding on the coat tails of more interesting people, and he just happened to be the host. The best killstream moments don't involve him, and every time he tried to insert himself, they became worse. One by one, he alienated his audience and made it so insufferable and about himself, which created a lot of bad blood between him, and eventually his own hosts and past guests.

His actions directly influence the incomes of OTHER people, not his own. People won't donate to watch him do stupid things and keep him afloat, instead, because of the longstanding bad blood, they'll donate to watch him rage on his own stream, but to other people. His evolution and downfall are markedly different than anyone else in the sector.

I think it probably oscillates. You ever suck at something but cope that this one change or one confidence boost will be enough to get you through it? I think he mostly does know the truth and just outright lies for his 2 fans and to protect his ego with a "fight" but I think instances like the Greek god rant and photo post he might get a drank or drug or some other cope boosting him enough to believe his bullshit just long enough to ruin his life.
