I'm pretty sure at this point that there is a third party stoking the flames on this one.

I do not think Ralph would swat someone, as it would potentially result in an instant year long jail sentence. Ralph's crimes tend to be spur of the moment insanity, and swatting does not really fall into this category.

PPP doesn't need to swat to felt Ralph. He does it all the time, why during this period of prolonged L's would he do it now?

I would not put it past Nick, but I think it would be more likely for his Capo's to be the culprits - but this doesn't explain Ralph's swattings.

So we are back to a third party being the most likely culprit, especially given that Ralph & to a lesser extent Nick have garnered so much negative attention through their behaviour as of late.

I am convinced he suffered some pretty severe brain damage during the Portuguese Pummeling.

I think he went on a coke binge after coming back, but that got too expensive, so he has been reduced to meth.

It's not even a police officer, it's EMS. They don't even carry guns. What are they going to do, resuscitate him to death?

Funny that even the EMS guys say "at least you weren't swated" in the clip and he still tweets it out with "SWATED AGAIN".
