Guess pointing out all his actual roots in West Memphis are dead and all that’s left is his daddy’s squatter filled shack stung. He only has short, court monitored spite visits to “family” in the USA now. He could go see his brother, but he won’t.
It’s hard to even make out his real point in the post. I guess because Sandra supposedly drove across the Mississippi to give birth in a Memphis hospital he claims it, but then confirms his family is born and raised West Memphis.
I can believe he was born in a TN hospital. Just like a Mexican woman would want to drive across the border to the superior USA hospital to give birth, Sandra drove across the river to TN for better medical facilities and care.
West Memphis, AK is not only a separate city but even a separate state from Memphis, TN. It’s only pointed out because Ralph always leaves out the “West” or that his family is from Arkansas because he prefers the Memphis, TN brand. Ralph is all about empty brand identities. His Daddy and Grandpa would have always corrected people that they were from West Memphis, AK, not Memphis, TN. It’s an important distinction, and they would have made it, because they were perfectly proud of their roots unlike Ralph.
Ralph could probably claim Virginia more than Memphis TN. I think he lived in Virginia, with Sandra, longer than anywhere else. But his Daddy’s family is born and bred West Memphis and Ralph is very very concerned with paterfamilias matters, like the name his daddy gave him.
Good thing Xander was born in California as a Vickers, and Rozy in Rochester, real roots tied to their real family without shame. I’m sure Gunt will Ralph sign away all rights to Rozy to avoid child support, if possible, and she’ll become a Morris. He won’t be able to teach them about their proud West Memphis, I mean Memphis, TN, roots.
