On a serious note, Ralph himself isn't capable of doing anything. He's too scared to even show up in the driveway of a cancer-riddled Irishman with glass bones and paper skin.

However, he's enabling his supporters and the supporters of Nick Rekieta. Even though he has almost no audoence, his core support group these consists entirely of white trash drug addicts who seek his validation and acknowledgement. They want to insert themselves into the narrative. Five years ago he had a group of retards that he'd keep around for the express purpose of fucking with people he didn't like, because he thought it was funny. It's clear that Ralph has a history of weaponizing his audience against people he doesn't like, and there have been numerous other instances of him blackmailing or extorting people by threatening to leak their personal information.

Likewise, although Nick Rekieta's audience has dwindled significantly, he still has a significant number of followers on Locals and other social media who believe he's done nothing wrong (or even worse, believe that even if Rekieta is guilty, he's based for doing hard drugs, breaking up a marriage/being unfaithful, and neglecting his kids). Rekieta has nurtured a parasocial relationship with his audience for years, it's not a stretch to be concerned that some member of his audience would take action against Imholte if it meant "helping" their e-daddy win his very serious criminal case.

Unlike Rekieta and Ralph, Imholte has kids that he's responsible for. They haven't been taken by the state and he shares custody with his ex-wife, so it can be inferred that they spend a significant amount of time at his home. Interestingly, Nick Rekieta himself revealed that he has convicted pedophiles subscribed to his Locals platform that he regularly conversates with. Nick used this point to try to hamstring documenting his legal case, specifically saying he was concerned about the safety of his kids.

I'm not saying that he's responsible for what Ralph does, it just isn't a good look at all to be publicly friendly with somebody who's antagonizing and doxing somebody tangentially involved in an ongoing legal case.

Point being, I think there are valid concerns here. Ralph knew exactly what he was doing. Why post the address of somebody you and your friend (i.e. Nick Rekieta) are actively feuding with if for no other reason than to actively encourage harassing or intimidating them.

Null just said on today's MatI (about 1:15:00 in) that Aaron had said, that Ralph is being investigated for witness intimidation in a criminal case. Specifically for posting Aaron's address and home pics while cavorting with the Rekietas.

Witness intimidation is a federal crime. I'm not a lawyer, but if he leaves the country and later gets charged for it I think that means he'll be arrested if he ever returns to the US. It will be kind of hard to visit his son after that.

Only in a federal case (or maybe using the Internet). This is a Minnesota case, and it's a Minnesota crime. Minn. Stat. § 609.498. I'm frankly not sure this would qualify but I'd still imagine Nick may have yet another reason to have to talk to cops again, and not in a Denny's.

(In theory just involving the Internet might create federal jurisdiction but in actuality they're never or almost never going to exercise it without some direct federal interest involved.)

I am not a lawyer, but if Ralph really was in Wisconsin when he posted Aaron's dox, that would be witness tampering / intimidation across state lines, which could raise it to a Federal issue, if it's pursued.

I still don't see a federal interest here, but Minnesota, if Aaron is telling the truth, does indeed appear fascinated by this dwarf showing up in town, openly and notoriously consorting with Rekieta, and suddenly this happens.

Ralph actually has a reasonable defense in that there's a corpus of evidence proving that he's always seething online and saying shit that he never actually does. Being a well-documented pussy might actually work in his favor.

I think his better defense is Aaron was poking and prodding at him, too. So Ralph could probably honestly say he doesn't give a shit about Aaron's testimony, he was just responding in kind to an asshole who was bugging him.

Imholte thinks that Balldo send the attack pig after him. Gunt is a scared bish, tweets a rat gif and is silent since then, for 7 hours now.

It would create federal jurisdiction, but it wouldn't necessarily make it a federal crime. The feds both need jurisdiction (usually these days under some form of Commerce Clause authority but any constitutional source of jurisdiction where Congress can legislate under Article I) AND a federal law. The federal statute on witness intimidation seems broad enough to cover state cases, but I'm not sure if it actually does.

If it does I could see them pulling something like that in a state case where there's also a federal interest (like the locals are prosecuting some Mafia family the feds are also prosecuting). Some local drug case not involving dealing? They're not going to touch it. And similarly, Wisconsin has jurisdiction if Gunt physically was present in the state while doing whatever, but they also have zero interest in doing anything about it.

So it's going to be Minnesota or nobody. I think nothing is going to happen except the court may give Nick a tongue-lashing or order him not to engage in gay ops.

Also I think this is actually what it looks like, just Gunty rage-pigging, but it was also pretty obvious it might interest the local authorities, to whom it would look like orchestrated witness tampering, mainly because everyone involved is absolutely retarded.
