🐷 The Great Gunt Bounty Hunt: Redux - Ralph is on the run and is lulled into a false sense of security as another seething pig takes to Twitter to do what he never could.

Ralphs home has a gate in front of it (0:50)

Ralphs rent is $400-$450 dollars a month, he pays for it every 2 months and it does not count utilities
Ralph discloses his rent he struggles to pay every month is $450. Later he says it's $400, so i'm going with $400 (0:00)
Ralphs home has two mattresses, he moved both into his streaming room, the other was used as a dresser, which could mean the home Ralph rents did not have a dresser. Also definitely a two bedroom.
Ralph confirms his second bed with clothes on it was his hamper "I still have to get the clothes clean"

A video Ralph uploaded today revealed a small bit of his kitchen

Also sometime this month, Ralph stated he had to use a Machete at his entrance when Cleo jumped on his desk and almost bumped it off. I think he even admitted he was forced to do this because it was interfering with getting in and out of the pig pen. I never clipped it unfortunately, but if someone wants to try to find it, it was most definitely within the first two hours of the show.
So, the home / cave we're looking for is most definitely in a foresty area to some extent. I also think it's more of an isolated property considering how unbearably loud he is and has never once needed to watch his volume or stated he's ever gotten complaints on how loud he is.
Also he hinted that there may be a Dominos Pizza near his home at one point when recalling one of his dates with the Senorita.

i dont think the machete is to get out of the jungle, i thing it is because of the break ins.

or, he screwed hunter moore on an azul move, and he is coming for scalps.

Slightly related, I actually stayed in Merida for a few nights on a trip I took through Mexico this summer. I kept my eyes peeled for Ralph, and while I did spot a couple of old creepy looking white men - none of them were quite as bad as Ralph.

Overall the parts of the city I visited were nice, but it's home to about 1 million people so I have no doubt it's not all so nice. Some of the locals mentioned the fact that US expats were driving up prices and rent in Merida and that this was actually causing some tension. However, despite this influx of expats I barely saw any Americans - it's still very much a mexican city. Unlike other more metropolitan cities I have travelled to, where English is effectively a defacto second language.

I wouldn't want to live there. Even if I spoke Spanish, it's a developing economy and you can tell. Having said that, it felt incredibly safe - even at night, when people were milling about around midnight - there was never any bad vibes or a hints of unease, just people going for a walk, a beer or chilling out.

Anyway here's a picture.

When I was in Playa Del Carmen there was a big old fat loud mouth American with a very young Mexican girl in a restaurant. He was drunk, talking some nonsense to her. The voice sounded familiar, and when I caught a look of him he looked the spitting image of ReviewTechUSA. I did a double take and then remembered Rich is so poor coded that he couldn't afford a holiday.

I just looked that place up, and I never went to that part of Merida. I considered visiting the Maya museum, which was nearby, but I think it was closed - other than that everywhere worth going was in the centre. I know Ralph is poor coded, but even if you moved right into the centre the place is very cheap by US standards which says a lot about either his level of income, or how anti-social he is.

I know it's been mentioned to death, but getting Xanax is as simple as walking down to a pharmacy and asking for it - in fact they'll sell you almost anything in those pharmacies, anabolic steroids, Xanax...

Ralph had a cooking show today, in it he revealed a part of his kitchen. from the looks of it, the kitchen is more like a little hallway, and the front or back door is right next to the stove I think.

There was a small group of people conversing outside, whether his kitchen is next to a busy street or that's just his neighbors is unknown.
He also asked you politely to dox him

Ralph is probably counting on the fact they don’t bother to list cheap local hovels like his online. He’s out of even “gringo snowbird on social security” rental territory.
Has anyone figured out how many rooms he has? Cause there is ads for two bedroom places in his area and price range. Do we have a estimate on what month and year Ralph moved in?

It's a two bedroom home, including the bathroom it's at most 5 rooms.
Ralph moved-in in late 2023 after having to live in his lawyers shed for a few months (whorse absconding and burning the AF bridge fucked him up royally).
Everything we know is in this thread.

As I have repeatedly posted for a year and a half, he is clearly in Los Heroes development of Merida. That cooking stream reveals that it is indeed a "Modelo Uxmal" house which is 2 bedrooms and 797 square feet. Modelo Uxmal houses are currently selling for around 1.3-1.5 million MXN, or about $70-80,000 USD (average home price in the Yucatan being a little under $110k)

This is a safe but relatively cheap middle class neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. It's not a "shack" nor is it located in a slum. There are on the order of hundreds of homes with identical floor plans in the neighborhood. Identifying the model of house identifies the neighborhood, but nothing more. You are not going to be able to pick out the specific one.

That kitchen is immediately recognizable as an Uxmal model because it has the side door next to the stove. There is a counter behind him looking out in to the living room area which is where Ralph set his phone up to record.

Compare to photos I lifted from three different listings of homes with the Modelo Uxmal floor plan in Los Heroes:

See below from January 2024 when Ralph leaked his streaming setup without the green screen on:

Ralph outed himself as likely living in a two bedroom, one bath house in Los Héroes that is either 700 or 797 square feet. He has converted one of the bedrooms into his streaming room and set up his Alienware in the closet.
The Uxmal bedrooms also have the house extend out slightly where the closet is supposed to be where I believe Ralph has set up shop. I believe that Ralph may be living in an Uxmal because I've noticed that all of the rental listings that have that weird ceiling thing appear to be Uxmal model homes, or at least I haven't found any that are Izamals.

Here is an image of the floor plan. There are two bedrooms. Ralph turned the bottom bedroom below into his streaming room. The closet area in the bottom left is where his computer was, the circled window was visible when he streamed without a green screen. Exiting the room, his bathroom is immediately to the right and to the left is the living area.

I also pointed out that based on how sunlight was entering his streaming area that several orientations of the Uxmal could be ruled out, the green-circled window would have to be facing south or west, with a corollary that the floor plan would have to be such that the side door from the kitchen area was to the left when looking in from the front door. This corollary has been proven correct.
At that time of day at this time of year, under 3 hours before sunset, the sun has started to lower in the sky (36° elevation angle) and the solar azimuth is approximately 232°. This means that shadows are being cast to the northeast. As a result, only windows facing south or west could be directly illuminated with sunlight. A window facing north or east would be in the shade and would be unlikely to be be totally illuminated like Ralph's window was:
Here's some visuals of how to transform the floor plan so that the relevant window faces west or south. I added blue at the front door to better illustrate direction.

Two of the Uxmal possibilities are ruled out by the Ralph stream screengrab itself as Ralph is sitting in a position where he can look behind him to his left to see the window and behind him to his right to see the door.

No cabinets in the kitchen?

Is this really his kitchen? No cabinets above OR below the counter? Wow.

A more recent pic of him sitting in his grimy little concrete crackerbox-

From last Nov. It’s probably accumulated even more layers of grease and dirt since then.
Speaking of grime

Imagine having to go out and buy a propane tank to be able to use the stove. Couldn’t be me.

So, he lives in Mexican “middle class” cement or cinderblock cubes with bars on the windows?

This flat in Los Hereos looks exactly what I expected Gunt to live in. It is sturdier than a shack, it’s more like a stuccoed garage with windows. I don’t doubt it’s safe because Ralph would be dead otherwise.

The area seems to try to appeal to different classes of buyers, with some posh looking or better built homes for sale. However whatever Ralph is living in looks to be the bottom of the barrel for the area.

It appears Ralph has gone for one of the cheapest Uxmel rental homes on the market. that living room / kitchen area isn't even air conditioned, unlike the sample apartment pictures.

Can you even imagine not having cabinets in your kitchen? Even trailers have cabinets in the kitchen.
The only bone I'm willing to throw Ralph here is that he'd probably be unable to reach the cabinets, given his tiny little t rex arms and short stature.

Beats the heck out of anything he could get here for $450/month though..

That kitchen really has nothing but a counter sticking out of the wall.

I had no idea something like this even existed. Life in the third world, whew.

It would appear it’s a very large property development project, originally to attract American retirees. Ralph’s unit, and all the others like it, are called “phase one” which implies these were the first low cost units built years ago. Over the years the area has expanded, more units built and there is now a variety of different housing developments.

Ralph is in the oldest and cheapest ones that were originally built. Those units are for sale at $65k which means the mortgage payment would be less than his monthly rent. He’d be paying $275 a month if he wanted to own his little institutional cube.

I’m sure the build is practical for the region but these units are built like giant bathrooms or a morgue. When someone moves out they just take a pressure washer to the interior to get it ready for the next tenant. A home that can quickly be hosed down and bleached is probably the only practical rental unit for Ralph.
