1)Who the fuck is Jim Goad

2)I pretty sure Sandra fell down on stairs and was hospitalized till she died, which was during covid since Ralph supposedly couldn't visit her. Faith stated in a cog interview if I remember right that Ralph was kinda abusive with Sandra, and had a theory that maybe Ralph pushed her.
IIRC EOR couldn’t see Sandra for the last 12 days of her life due, according to EOR, to her being moved to a different facility and the COVID rules in place Since EOR was supposedly unvaxed. Also, IiRC Sandra had been in a coma since before that last move.

She was in the hospital for some other reason and fell in the hospital. I'm pretty sure Ralph was out of town when she fell (according to Gator).
Unless my memory (or understanding) is wrong Sandra had some incident where she fell at home, lost consciousness and then called an ambulance when she woke up and was bleeding. This was when she called Ralph, who was out of town, who opted to do Jack shit. She was later released from hospital.

Later, when she was sick again from a stroke or something she took a fall in the hospital and that was pretty much the end. She never really recovered from this fall, but was already in terrible shape. After this fall she ended up being transferred to a nursing home that she died in a week or two later.

Imagine being such a complete piece of shit that you let your mom die alone because you're terrified of a tiny little jab, despite doing drugs and booze and other shit way more dangerous.

Ralph is so boring lately his subforum is now filled with discussion of other cows. Anyway during this Ralphalull I’ve been watching KingCobes. He managed to cram an entire pillstream episode in an hour of streaming and while retarded remains fully cognitively intact. He’s also doing better numbers than Ralph and demonstrating his excellent brewing skills and horrific cooking skills.

I think Ralph should switch to such content, just him sitting down in front of the camera in his rental talking, enjoying a modelo. Or maybe we can see Ralph’s amazing cooking skills?

Yeah, you're right. I had combined the two falls together.

Easy to do. I had almost forgotten about the hospital fall.

I can only think Ralph litany of financial and legal woes prevented him from suing the hospital - but then again we are taking his word on the fall that occurred in the hospital.

Usually something like that is considered a white trash lottery and they get $50k out of the hospital (while a lawyer makes $125k) just for filing a few documents that result in a quick settlement to make them go away.

Who knows what really happened but Sandra was already on death’s door, the fall might have just prevented a few extra weeks of misery and semi-consciousness in a nursing home.

The only thing that would have saved Sandra’s life was a kidney transplant. I doubt she was even eligible for the transplant wait list since issues like high blood pressure, diabetes and bad habits make you ineligible.

Anyone ever ask Ralph if he got tested for donating a kidney to his mom? It’s usually the first thing family members do when someone close has renal failure. Most kidney transplants are done via family or friend donors. Ralph, or Sandra’s siblings, would have been her best chance for a donor.

PSA: I had a friend do a non-directed kidney donation (aka willing to donate to total stranger). He volunteered to get tested and go on a registry the previous year after reading about the dire need for non-directed donors. Ended up saving a wonderful woman’s life who was just about Sandra’s age. Only met her about 12 hours before the surgery.

It was a life saving and life changing experience for each. If you are feeling altruistic go sign up at the national kidney registry!

You just gave me the horrifying thought that Ethan (should he live long enough) may one day seek out his kids for this purpose. Then again, Ronnie never reached out to Ethan for help, or he did and Ethan just told him no. Not sure.

No worries, Ralph would never qualify as a transplant candidate even if he needed one. Things like high blood pressure, smoking, drinking, lots of obesity related health conditions, drug use, non-compliance of doctor’s orders, etc… are immediate disqualifications for even being considered for a spot on a transplant wait list.

You basically have to be a very compliant, healthy (except for the failing organ and the issues it causes), person who the doctors have seen a track record of strict medically compliance because it will be required for the rest of their lives after the transplant. Once you get a new organ you are on a litany of anti-rejection medications and must follow strict guidelines to survive. They will not waste an extremely valuable donated organ on some dirtbag that can’t even bother to follow health advice before a transplant.

I’m a healthy person with low BMI but even I would sweat facing the criteria needed to qualify for an organ transplant. Any and all vices, even one’s responsibly and occasionally indulged in, would have to cease immediately and forever. Doctors do testing for months so they have evidence you follow their orders to the letter, because you have to be 100% compliant after a transplant. ā€œTrust me bro I’ll be a good boy after the transplantā€ does not cut it. There are thousands of people following every medical tiny dictate to the letter, for years, that will die waiting for a new kidney, heart or liver…they aren’t going to waste one of those badly needed organs on some ODD asshole.

God I wish this was always true, unfortunately I've seen good organs go to people who immediately wreck them again.
