As someone in guntchat put it, ralph has gone completely feral being isolated down in merida for 3 years. He hasn't really interacted with people in IRL for so long he can't figure out IRL vs Online. Its like he thinks if he just yelled NIGGER at the cops they would freak out and quit the scene so they don't get a TOS strike.

A normal "pro" drunk would have just chilled the fuck out when the 1st cop showed up and likely been allowed to take an uber back to his hotel. If no one got hurt and no damage was done most cops would have really rather it ends like that, less paperwork.
