Just because there is a contract doesn't mean the house actually closed. It just proves that Ralph at least TRIED to sell the house. There could be liens or something really fucked up came up during inspection that would have tanked the deal. There could be title issues.
If this went down in 2021 then the property card should have been updated by now. I could see a few month delay in that but not years.

As someone with a small dick who has staged and sent dick pics - the subject of the newest dick pick leak is gripping it at the base and squeezing to inflate the whole thing to make it bigger in the most recently leaked dick pic. You can get a fair amount of length/girth inflation doing this. But NOT enough to turn the memphis micro into what's in that image. Either he was trying to catfish someone with someone else's dick....or he received and saved someone else's dick pic.
