Aside from their IBS match years ago (which Nick won handily), there are like 4 or 5 clips of Nick treating Ralph like his little jester bitch. Ralph only punches down and gets Mad when people "Beneath him" are ribbing on him. Nick ist His superior, as sad as that sounds, so he will ignore any dunking on him, Just like with Dax.

It would make sense for Ralph to avoid burning bridges with Nick or Dax until he lines up a new internet daddy. But I’ve kind of learned to stop underestimating Ralph’s self-destructive impulses. If you catch Ralph on the upper end of his implosion cycle, he’s much more sensitive to little things. When you add variables in the equation such as alcohol, drugs, a live audience, IRL trolls, physical violence... there’s no telling how Ralph reacts to a tiny, light-hearted jab.

Ralph really didn’t think through the pedo accusations against Josh, because they make him look terrible. If Joshua Conner Moon is a kid diddler, then it follows that Ralph was friends with and covered for a kid diddler for years.
