I watched it again on my phone with no sound (family is here). I feel like Mandy Patinkin trying not to laugh around Billy Crystal on the set of The Princess Bride. I may crack a rib.

I know that people have already mentioned how Ralph pisses in bottles and leaves them there, but the fact is that Ralph didn't clean anything up after he fell down (and we can be sure he didn't do it after the stream ended either since he was barely coherent). He went and passed out and left the mess as it was, and he doesn't have a horse to grab by the throat and force to clean it up this time, so it's just going to dry up and probably be left as is permanently.

I assume that (at least) every once in a while he kicks over piss bottles by accident too, and I think it's safe to think that he either doesn't clean those either (depending on how intoxicated he is), or doesn't do a great job at cleaning them up.
Put all of this together and the state and smell of that room must be nightmarish.
