It 100% could and they were debating getting rid of Americans (on Work Visas) down there anyways. He also doesn't have nearly as many things going for him in terms of making him an attractive immigrant to the Mexican government as he did when he first fled the US.
 
So, since we're asking questions, I've got some since I do not know them since I'm a contributing member of society:

1)Can this warrant get Ralph arrested the shipped to Michigan in other states?
2)If Ralph never goes back to Michigan, will this ever be enforced? (This would make Ralph banned from 2 states: Michigan and Texas)
3)Does Ralph need to be served?
4)Does the penalty or severity ever increase in its current status?

He’s running up some medical bills that he has no intention of paying even if he could afford it, so he’ll have delinquencies on his record too. On top of his various run-ins with local cops/public drunkenness etc.
 
I just noticed something with the chair fall. After he falls you can still see his head in the shot. This means he has the camera perched up high looking down - probably so his forehead looks the same width as his fat jaw; if the camera was straight-on it would show his jaw and neck wider than his forehead.

A nation-wide body warrant. I've seen people who have committed sexual assaults and didn't catch nation-wide extradition. That shit gets expensive because the issuing jurisdiction (assuming it's state or local) has to put up the resources to make it happen. Not a huge deal if it's a neighboring state but if it's someplace like California? Not cheap.

Ralph is so charismatic that he somehow managed to piss off the justice system enough to give him the long dick of the law for recording a hearing that was fucking open to the public. Yes, sure, contempt. But very discretionary.

Another Vickers Victory I guess.

Pretty sure it’s been said but I don’t think a lot of those empties are very empty at the time of the fall. He’s been well know to pee in those bottles. And sometimes take a sip out of them by accident.
 
Ralph was the inspiration for me to quit abusing alcohol and lose weight. I was a handle-a-night type of drunk. After watching all of the rage pig’s extremely trashy and embarrassing antics for quite a long while, it truly gave me some intense and constructive introspection. “I PRAY TO GOD THATS NOT HOW I LOOK AND ACT LIKE WHEN I’M DRUNK! HOLY FUCKING SHIT!” I’ve been pretty damn clean now for just over 6 years now, I've only been drunk 4 times for special occasions since I tamed myself. I’ve also lost 130lbs and now weigh 170ish. Thank you, Ralph, for being such a pathetic loser and fuckup that I had a personal epiphany and changed my life around for the better. I guess Ralph is good for something, he’s a shining example of what not to do or be in life. I just hope Ethanol Liver Ralph never changes in the hopes some more people learn from his mistakes and not their own. I also hope he takes another trip to Portugal sometime soon.
 
Just watched the Kino Casino Pillstream coverage, it's amazing.

- he hits himself in the face like his idol Balldo
- he gets sentimental and wallows in self pity over Pantsu leaving him, calls his daughter "blank" because he's a little bitch and not allowed to say her name
- he's got a huge crush on his physio therapist, can't stop salivating about how she looks and how she is so interested to learn about US culture and gonzo journalism from him
- threatens Imholte with murder, stabbing him 52 times
- by the time his interview guest comes online he's completely wasted, loud music plays the whole time, it's hard to understand what's being said. He asks he if she's a woman, after she confirms that she is indeed a woman he asks if she was flirting with him before at which point her face contorts in pure horror. He then proceeds to tell her about his therapist who's so beautiful and studies to become a kindergarten teacher and is 5 foot 1 inch.
- The stream ends with a frozen frame, shortly after his guest asked him twice if he's drunk, which he denies.

It's a slow descent into absolute madness, worth the watch.
