12/3/24 - Ralph Accepts Sword of Damocles With Open Arms, Threatens to Double Penetrate @Haru Okumura Anus With Both Thumbs, Zero-Christmas's-Spent-With-Son Award to Go to Ethan Ralph (3 Years Running)

Ralph received an e-mail during his show today stating that something-something-something-bla-bla-bla-no-jail-time-sign-here by the Stearns County Prosecutor. Ralph was giddy with joy, but before revealing it to the masses, had to check-in with his e-daddy Dax Herrera, a legal expert btw, to make sure it was "good". When Dax gaslit him into thinking it was good so he can later milk him for content like the others in his trafficked tard-ring, Ralph would then reveal the uh-mayzin news on his show, dedicating the final 2 hours to ceremony and warm thank yous on Twitter that hes not going to jail. This is of course completely delusional thinking that is only barely grounded in reality. Here's some Troo & Honest facts about the situation that confirms that Ralph can still face 90 days in jail:

He pleads GUILTY to misdemeanor contempt of court.
He has to pay a $500something fine [$585 fine].
90 days jail time, suspended sentence.
And 1 year non-supervised probation.

Not only is this a suspended sentence with 1 year of probation that, if broken, will force Ralph to spend 90 days in jail, but the Judge has also not even approved of this filing yet. While the judges usually do rubber stamp these, Ralph has entered information to the court stating that he has a very "unique" situation where he is currently absconded in a far away land, with cats. Could the Judge demand something more appropriate for someone caring for two flea-bags? Who knows. The important thing here though is how not-very-great this deal is, how the consequences could lead him to doing way more time then he may have initially, and that he is celebrating as if he has just completely obliterated the sentencing. He has not.

Before going into the clips, most of the chat here is focused on the latest Lolcow Live episode, including @Haru Okumura. This is important because Ralph would continuously do and say stupid shit to try and get the gay-lawgs, especially Harus, attention away from Lolcow Live and instead on everyone's favorite man-baby (himself):

It wouldn't be until about the last 2 or 3 videos below that Ralph would finally grab everyone's attention and drop the Plea deal.

Ralph starts singing sailing away, admits he sang this countless times at the top of his lungs (0:00), Ralph states in ecstasy that the first thing he’s going to do is go see Dax Herrera… oh and then his son of course (3:30)

Shoulda just asked, honestly” (19:30), Ralph shoves his thumbs into the camera to simulate how he will double penetrate Harus asshole (19:50)


“Haru obviously wants the Ralpha dick, and the thumbs” (1:05), Ralph finally reveals the plea deal, sent it to daddy dax first to see if it was good or not (10:55), The judge hasn’t approved it yet so it can be rejected (11:15), Ralph has to not break any laws for an entire year or else he goes to jail for 90 days (13:00), unsupervised probation (14:00)

warrant is not quashed until he signs and it is approved (0:00), does not have to appear in court (1:00), Ralph is considering spreading the $500 into payments (11:40)


The next day, Ralph would sign and send the plea deal, purposely giving the courts his wrong address, and then make a video on twitter screaming that he will never go to jail, and that his internet is out again, meaning no shows until Friday.

Of course he would, he knows I wouldn't counter strike it so he can claim he never did it. No one else would be so petty to strike a channel with just under 100 subscribers out of the blue except Ethan Ralph. He won't show his report history because he's too inept to inspect element and change his actual report history. He doesn't have a Gator to do it for him now.

First, imagine being so miserable that pleading guilty is your best possible outcome. Second, we all know that after the first few days of euphoria Ralph will have to treat himself to either a spite vacation or some javelin bee action with the finest hooker 50 bucks can buy, or maybe even both on a scuba diving trip.
Third, when the euphoria settles he will fall into depression mode again, where the really funny shit usually happens at the end.
