Interesting that he's looking into Naltrexone (assuming that somebody didn't mention it to him and he's looking it up). It's used to treat opioid addiction (blunts the euphoria from using, curbs cravings), and also treats alcohol dependency in much the same way. It's not a wonder-drug that cures addiction, but it can be useful with other treatment options.

I don't think Ralph genuinely wants to get sober though, he's always trying to find loopholes and shortcuts instead of addressing the problems that actually fuel his addiction.

I hope he's using the naltrexone for alcohol addiction and not because he's addicted to opioids. There's a high risk of ODing when pairing opioids with naltrexone. The medication dulls the high, which leads to addicts taking more opioids, which leads to an overdose.

I check in occasionally but rarely listen for more than thirty minutes, I really miss @Dieforme and others clipping daily. Their time sacrifice should be appreciated more because sifting through dozens of hours/week of the killstream had to be miserable. In the past few weeks my spot checks of the show has gone from approximately 350 viewers to fewer than 230. This is unacceptable, we need Ethan to make more money, in order to travel and do stupid things. He cannot have more than 12-15 paypigs and while they pay the bills for now, losing even one will hurt, I fear for the longevity of my favorite cow. I know this is not a hot take and has been happening for years but the end is truly sad to watch. i wanted him to stick around for awhile but at this point maybe it is better for him to go down to Colombia and go out in a blaze of popcorn.

Same thing with Hackamania next month, also in Vegas. Ralphapiggy has “decided not to go” to that too. His (ex) good buddy Dick Masterson will be there, in fact is one of the headliners.
