There was no custody battle, it was a private agreement that the court rubber stamped. Faith, because she’s an idiot and loves drama, just agreed to supervised visits. Maybe she wanted Xander to know “his daddy” or she liked giving Ralph a goal he would fail at (regular, punctual visit) or most likely it was to piss off Pantsu. Ralph having to jet off to see his son while she was stuck with the failed reroll.

If Faith had said she did not want her abusive alcoholic groomer and convicted revenge pornographer to have visits that would have been granted without much hassle. Pantsu will have zero issue preventing this shitbag from getting 100 yards near Cozy Rozy TV again, all she has to do is request it

It keeps Ralph powerless. Right now there is no reason in the world Pantsu can’t have their daughter in NY living her best life, while her alcoholic father tries to survive in a Mexican hovel. If she files for divorce then the custody issue is on the table and gives Ralph an opportunity to holler or just cause stupid BS in court to try and get her attention.

I’m sure Harry actually got pretty wise counsel on how to handle it. When Harry told the attorney the father was a broke ass drug addict in Mexico he laughed and was told just pretend he’s dead and get on with your lives. They might keep filing restraining orders to have a nice stack of paperwork when she eventually files for divorce. Also after years have passed it’s easy for them to point out Rozy’s only parent and caretaker is Pantsu & family and Rozy has no clue who this rage filled Mexican alcoholic even is.

Yes, as soon as some woman he’s lusting after gives him the blow off he immediately reverts back to going psycho on Pantsu, but so he doesn’t look weak and too desperate to his tiny audience he pretends he’s tore up over his precious daughter (the he could never be bothered with until Pantsu fled.) The big difference is he's no longer a patient piggy. With both of those, Faith, and arguably Grace, he took time to lure them into the gunt's grasp to strike. Grace less so since she never seemed to bite on his piggly hook, but still lead Ralph to believe there was a chance.

With Linx, Ralph had a few days of communications before declaring his undying love and trying to have phone sex? Not a smart move on any part, but wasn't this woman involved with something similar with Keemstar? Ralph is so desperate that he ignored all the standard inhibitions and impulsively went full steam ahead, as his nature.
