Yes, but that could lead to opiate abuse. I mean when booze and Xanax arenāt cutting it anymore maybe you need to up the ante. Ralph always seeks to solve his problems with vices.
Honestly itās surprising Ralph avoided getting addicted to opiates AFAWK all these years. Might have been more a matter of cost and availability but he seemed to have enough sense to avoid it all these years. When he got his face smashed he would have had strong opiates but didnāt go off the cliff.
But I could see his current grim circumstances being the point he decides fuck it, why not.
At his core Ralph is an alcoholic. I think trying to curb drinking leads him to abusing pot, Xanax, speed, etcā¦ it seems like opiates could end up on the list too.
Then again depression, social isolation and the grind of streaming to mostly bots plus a handful of retards for 8 hours a day while faking donos could be the simple explanation. It was easier for him when it at least generated enough money to overindulge vices and attract the occasional dumb gf.

The only reason Iād give this any credence is because heās been totally boring and subdued in a new way recently. Not his usual over indulgence in Xanax confusion mode either. Eating pain pills could explain it, you can be subdued but still coherent.
Opiate use is one possible explanation.

I could easily see knee surgery fund goal in the future. Any funds raised will go to more pills and rent. He doesnāt need surgery but does need PT and daily exercise.
I know opiate meds arenāt OTC in Mexico like Xanax but still not difficult to get if you got doctor and dollars. Iāve heard now that people trying to get oxycodone (or any other narcotic) Rx pain pill in Mexico now have a high chance of just getting counterfeit shit with fetty in it. The fake fetty pills are a big risk for Ralph. Iām assuming his Xanax supply isnāt fetty tainted but who knows.
You know I don't say this often about anyone but maybe Ralph should genuinely seek therapy. Who else does he have to talk to about personal shit going on in his life? There's his fans but they're all retarded. There's random political streamers but they want to talk about politics and not Ralph's nonsense. It wouldnāt work. Heād want a woman therapist but then heād creep on her and then quit when rejected. I donāt think Ralph could handle therapeutic boundaries either.
They say DBT is the only effective way to treat personality disorders, which Ralph definitely has, but DBT requires a level of honesty, commitment and discipline to work so that seems to rule it out. Ralph wants a pill fix, not learning ways to moderate his emotions, reactions and behavior.
