The suspense is killing me. If Mersh is telling the truth, what is the indecent exposure charge about?
 
I posted a version of this in gunt chat, but as a general FYI:
"(1) Any person who is arrested shall be taken within a reasonable time before a judge in the county in which the offense was alleged to have been committed. ...
(2) (2) When a person is arrested without a warrant and brought before a judge, a complaint shall be filed forthwith."
In the cases cited, that reasonable amount of time is generally held to be 48 hours.

So Ralph could be in jail all day today and into tomorrow, before he's brought before a judge.

Edit 2: King of da Sektur Mersh called the Milwaukee Country Sheriff's office on stream and claims that Ralph was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. His stream was muted while he did this, so it has yet to be officially confirmed.

Absolutely 100% fucking based, well done Wisconsin!

Beyond eliminating an entire scumbag industry of enabling criminals and robbing it of profit, this ensures people with no ties (i.e. too broke to post bail, so likely no job or savings, little property, and no family around and ergo not much to lose by running) don't flee the state after bonding out for a few hundred bucks.

Ought to ban bail bondsmen nationwide. The whole thing's fucking scummy and it would actually make seemingly-low bonds mean something again. Just think of how many niggers and Antifa goons would stay in jail until trial if it always cost $5k instead of $500 to bail them out. How much better off we'd all be if that happened.
