I forgot what porn star said this but iirc from what she said: A lot of women in the industry just get paid a flat rate for the scene and that's it. They don't get royalties for when someone goes and purchase their DVDs, scenes, etc; that goes back to the producers/company. That's why you see so many of them doing OF, escorting, etc., because at least they get repeat payments from simps & johns.
