It's very important that he has a Guntventory. Like that vape he supposedly stole by sneaking it under the gunt, he has to keep all his consumables underneath It.

You know how people like Ralph and BMJ can fuck up over and over again and seemingly not get arrested? It's not plot armor and it's the same reason family courts don't terminate parental rights.

States have to have balanced budgets. States loath just locking people up. Similarly, they loath having kids in foster care because it costs money.

If May died tomorrow, the state of NY would ship Bills Mafia straight to Ralph in Mexico if they had to in order to keep from paying for foster care.

It has nothing to do with the best interests of the kid. It's all about the bottom line.

I’ve been saying since day one when she started going on the show - PLEASE GET TOGETHER. They were hollerin’ over each other and Ralph was getting annoyed by her not shutting up. Perfect for each other. Now here we are.

So after the wedding, Ralph's going to abandon his tin shack to live in the States with Scarlett? Or is she going south of the border to live like a queen in Merida?

I really hope its the former. When she inevitably gives him the boot, we'll be seeing the Killstream live from the streets, courtesy of the local Mcdonalds wifi.

Its been 3ish years and he wont give a serviceable address, is clearly hiding in Mexico, and has made public statements that people will never be able to find him. Ya its dificult in NY but Ralph has given them a clear pathway to getting it done.

From what I gather in NY absentee divorce can take 1 to 2 years. You have to prove you made "diligent" attempts to serve him. And once you document that the court then can allow "Service by Publication" in which you have to publish a notice for 3 weeks in the local news paper.
HMO isn't retarded like Vickers. He might have just hired a real lawyer and has been quietly getting this done. If he did then the funniest thing possible would be to just never let ralph know.
 
The first stop for the new Mrs. Ralph will be to Columbia to make some movies to support them both; then perhaps a return to the USA. Ralph said he will make a million dollars with her doing porn and never said she was going to go along with it as a willing participant. Ratso got plans.
