so like jellyfin? if you set up jellyfin it acts like netflix except using your server instead of some corpo's. it even has a nice web interface. just set up port forwarding and get a free domain from duckdns or something (if you have a tp link router you can use tplink dns).
you can start with
swizzin and set up jellyfin with sonarr and radarr to automatically download movies and shows. Over time you will probably redo your configuration a few times or so once you learn more about the individual components and end up with a home server with 72tb of storage running a bunch of docker containers with nginx, sonarr, radarr, prowlarr, emby, kavita, calibre-web automated, qbittorrent, nzbget, organizr, etc.
but swizzin makes getting set up pretty easy, and once you're ready for docker you can slowly migrate applications over.
