Seriously, if she would just act more her age, do up her hair a little, tone down the weeaboo nonsense, and cut the "Woe is me, I'm so misunderstood and abused and put upon" horse shit and adjust her atttitude she could easily be a 6 or even a 7. Find some flattering clothes like that white dress and find some makeup that is flattering and she could be a solid 7 or 8.
