Pokémon (Not-So) Griefing Thread - Scarlet and Violet Released with 10 Million Copies in First 3 Days in Buggy States

Is anyone looking forward for the new Mystery Dungeon? I'm glad they have more Pokemon since I heard that the last title didn't have a lot of Pokemon. They have more choices for choosing a starter and partner Pokemon so that's good.

While an exhaustive list of pokemon to choose for your starter is good, i miss the personality test from the previous games (they removed it in Gates to Infinity).

EDIT: They brought the personality questions back! :heart-full:

I have acquired a collection of every vivillion pattern (including pokeball and fancy)
I want to give them away to one lucky kiwi but I'm not sure how I would go about choosing someone

Maybe a coloring contest is in order. I'd make a base and other people would have to color it. I'd be judging on creativity, effort, neatness instead of skill alone so everyone can have a shot at winning

I'd love to participate, although I already have every Vivillon pattern, so I'd want someone else to win.

The contest to win every Vivillon pattern is on!

I am so pumped for Super Mystery Dungeon it's ridiculous. Never played Gates to Infinity (turned off by the small starter selection, lack of gender choice, and the fact that it didn't feature all the Pokémon even before everyone I knew said it wasn't worth the money) so I'm hoping this is something worth getting!!

I'm happy they brought back the personality questions for Super Mystery Dungeon. It seems like this title is filling with content much like Sky's was. I'm so preordering this.

Yo, because I love/hate you guys I'm going to give you guys access to my Clan's BR pokemon bank, we only have water pokemon atm (I'm in Water Clan) but eventually we'll probably branch out to other types when we run out of water types to train.
There's also a request form to put in requests for BR pokemon, if you want to borrow from the bank (you're allowed to keep) PM me, if you want a BR pokemon and have an idea for a build also PM me.
I restock the bank regularly, it's full atm and I just added to it

I played GTI; it wasn't bad, it kept to the spirit of the previous PMD games story-wise and the graphics were nice, but it had so little compared to Explorers (and was nerfed so much in terms of depth and difficulty) that it definitely felt like a disappointment in a lot of ways.

That said, PSMD is shaping up to be everything that GTI should have been and hell yes I'm excited.

Welp, Zygarde is confirmed to have not one, but two new formes, excluding the little blob thing that was shown with the fuckhuge thing. The 10% forme kinda makes me want to capture a Zygarde, only to name it Soap.

Also, some appearance for Ash's Greninja, though I doubt that's going outside of the anime, but if that were a general feature for the games, that would be pretty fucking badass.

I'm excited for dogarde

I love pokemon, I've been playing it since the very first games and I've always love the content. I always loved stuff like the Pokeathalon, Contests, Pokestar Studios, etc. Also in this past gen I got into competitive battling and it's really hard for me to find a good opponent. I make my own builds and breed my own pokemon so my team can be unpredictable.

I'm pretty hyped for the new Zygarde forms; that perfect/perfection/100% form is right up my alley of interests.

I've been slipping into the competitive world but for me it's difficult to build a competitive beast from the ground-up just because I lack the patience to go through all the breeding and hatching and EV training. I've managed to get a good chunk bred and trained up so far, though, and the current project is a competitive shiny Greninja (I already have a shiny Greninja but he was a lucky hatch from my Y game).

Welp, for the 20th anniversary, they're doing quite a bit of shit. A New 3DSXL bundle is coming out themed after Red and Blue, with both games installed on it. But what gets me the most is that each month, they'll be distributing Mythical-mons from first to fifth gen over a combination of Gaymestop and wifi. For someone who's interested in getting them, this is guvking good.

FUCK YEAH. I'd heard about the rereleases of Red and Blue (iirc, they'll be available as eShop downloads as well) but I had no idea about the legendaries! Awesome! I mean, I'm already sitting on a massive hoard of in-game/event legendaries because that's just who I am, but I'm still really excited!
