The money going from Barb to Chris is a violation of the EPO, it has more conditions than just contact.

As for the financial situation, the whole thing was unloaded and deconstructed after this because it essentially means Chris has access to Barbs finances, not the other way around. Barb is senile and is Chris is her legal guardian so it's harder to argue that Barb has been stealing from Chris. I do think Bob was probably holding Chris on a leash, but Barb was always a wild card. It is more likely that Chris is responsible for the current state of the Chandler finances. We have never gotten any proof that barb has or is capable of accessing Chri's finances on the other hand.

It would be a matter of whether or not Barb was of sound mind to grant Chris access to her bank account. Regardless, he probably shouldn't have taken her money when there was a no contact order, considering unless Chris had a durable power of attorney for his mother (meaning she wouldn't be able to make financial decisions for herself), he would probably have to obtain permission, either verbally or in writing, that he could take her money. Common sense (which I know Chris doesn't have, but still) would dictate that you should not take anything from someone you are forbidden from contacting. Regardless of whether or not Barb have him permission in the past, it wasn't a smart move.
