Probably had a tard rage and is now 'stimming,' no doubt to an ever growing audience that wonders who let the retard in bondage gear out in public.
To be honest, I'm amazed at Phil's restraint. He seldom sticks to anything this long, be it names, politics or sexual identities. I suppose Ravenor may be correct and Phil is migrating to greener pastures. On the other hand, it's just as likely he needed to get off and tied himself up in bondage gear but couldn't get back out. If so, he'll probably be found dead in a gutter or overpass in the next few days. I'm not even joking. Phil is such a marginal human being that his death will go unnoticed for a long time, and his little 'self-care' hobbies may very well be what does him in.
