I knew a guy a few years ago. He was devoted to his wife. He eventually found out she was cheating on him. Then she came out and said she wanted an open relationship. The guy turned to alcoholism, had a mental breakdown. The last thing I heard was that he was moving into an assisted care facility, because he's so wrecked he can't even take care of himself anymore. She divorced him of course.

It definitely is. What makes the company more money? Someone that's monogamous and only uses the app once or maybe twice given a break up, or someone that's always looking for another partner? This is why they released their statement that they want everyone to have an open mind about sexuality; because being picky makes them even less money.

Jesus. This woman is me. Except I divorced the controlling husband after 20 years and married a man who knows that me being myself isn't a threat to his masculinity and that me getting male attention doesn't mean that I will cheat because I choose him every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Most of these women like this need a therapeutic divorce rather than become poly.
