Though I have no idea what kind of icon should represent TMI so whatever.

I knew it was a reference to something I didn't get, but I always mentally read it as an air horn, like someone was blasting noise that they shouldn't be.

Add me in to the people who think the feels heart should be pink, and I also think the informative should be a darker blue, to more clearly differentiate from the like/dislike buttons.

I was on mobile earlier and appreciated it but now back on desktop I'm not a huge fan. Personally I think the new ones should just be for the mobile version of the site but that's probably a bigger hassle than it's worth.

Whilst people are making suggestions, does anyone have suggestions for different colours for the thumbs up/down icons (it's weird them being the same colour).

Do like Agree/Disagree and use the complimentary color, Like (blue) and Dislike (orange).

Haven't taken a look on desktop yet but I'm really liking the rating change on mobile. The ratings are displaying larger so it's easier to pick one with my stubby little fingers. I always zoom in close when rating something so I don't hit the wrong thing, and now I don't have to.

(I know, caring about ratings is lame, but if someone says something nice to me or posts something sweet I don't want to miss "Feels" and accidently hit " Kill Yourself Nigger Jew Faggot" instead.)

Also, @BlueSpark, do you think you can come up with a new design for TMI? I mean, unless you're familiar with the over 9000 meme, and are aware the rating was originally called "Powerlevel", nobody is really going to get the reference.

I want the powerlevel design to stay. It's not hard to search what the icon is.

I'm the person that made the icons.
Sorry to see that people aren't liking them; if people have some specific suggestions (and if Null's willing to change them again) I don't mind revising them some more when I have the time.

The biggest issue I had when making them is that they're all of such disparate things that it was difficult to make them look right alongside each other.

Feel free to leave opinions in the thread and I'll check back when people have had time to make suggestions (you don't need to sugar-coat anything, if you hate the ions feel free to say so and why).

● The "autistic" rating looks a bit washed out, I think it would look better bright and bold, really bring out that tism.
● The blue ring on the "mad on the internet" looks a bit much, maybe just a different shade of black or grey, something subtle.
● I really am not a fan of the new "dumb" rating, I loved the old ambiguous looking salt shaker/ trash can.
● As others have already said-the knuckles on the like and dislike seem a bit much and the "winner" rating looks way better as just a star, also the informative rating seems bloated, looked better sleek, and intelligent, the "feels" rating also looked better when it was just plain and simplistic.
● disagreeing with other people here- the like and dislike look better not color coded, save that for the disagree/agree ratings, also the "dislike" rating is rarely used unless someone says some really boring or heartless shit.

Undecided about the drink rating but I think it will grow on me, deviant rating and horrifying ratings are meh.

However the "islamic content", "TMI", "late", "optimistic", and "Semper Fi"all look great to me, especially the "TMI" and "Semper Fi" ratings, that shit's fire.

These new icons are triggering the fuck out of me. This is worse than what SEGA did to Sonics arms!!! I fucking hate these new icons. Old ones had an olde tyme quasi pixel art feel. These are flat and disgusting and don't even get me started on these new red hearts. The color is too agressive. Bring back the pink hearts REEEEEEE!!!!

I do like how the stickers were made to be bigger so that it is easier to click on them now.

This was clearly for mobile users, but the problem with the mobile site are those annoying fucking arrows and mini buttons that stay on the screen that cause me to auto scroll up or down despite not remotely touching them about half the time. I'd be a lot happier without that shit tbh. Also I think they're too big. I never had any problems missclicking honestly, and I have big hands and large fingers, so I don't really understand how it was such an issue.

As for the assets... I'd prefer if the like and dislike were the actual thumbs up thumbs down and not the standard social media format. I also think the shading isn't that great; too bright. It's cool this was volunteer work, but I'm not going to try and sugar coat it if I don't really like it. The one good thing is Deviant finally looks like teeth if I had to give a compliment.

What’s the TMI icon supposed to be? I never figured that out.

It's from CWC, a dude named Anthony Logatto who basically ragged on Chris for any and everything. It was the opposite of being a white knight ("What Saddam did in the Gulf War was small potatoes to what Chris has done" is one of his more well-known quotes). He had an irrational hatred of Chris. Eventually the A-Log rating was renamed Mad On The Internet (As a bonus, we also discovered a bunch of embarrassing shit about him). He wore this stupid top hat.

I really am not a fan of the new "dumb" rating, I loved the old ambiguous looking salt shaker/ trash can.

I couldn't tell what it was supposed to be for the longest time, mostly because the image was so small. I didn't particularly like it because it didn't communicate what it was supposed to mean. You know, you see puzzle pieces, you know it's autism, you see a martini glass, you understand it's drink. All I saw with the old one was a white circle with a rectangle.

At least with the new rating I can tell why it means "dumb," but maybe I was just too dumb to really "get" the old rating.
