but can you annotate your worst doodles with three A3 pages each?
that is why I passed art gcse and my inability to progress has forever crushed me

You have the nostrils in the right place. Nose detail depends on the style you are using...
Given the anime look you seem to be aiming for, I would merely add the bridge of the nose,
just a gently curving line offset between his/her eyes. The more lines you add to a face, the
older it looks. So you want to avoid this if trying to depict a youthful/pretty character.
PS
You also might want to broaden the shoulders a little, given the head size...

I drew Corrie Swanson from the Pendergast series, as imagined by me during Still Life with Crows.
I didn't have any reference for the pose and I'm not happy with her face, so I'm probably just gonna redraw it in photoshop since the paper is starting to wear away from constant erasing and redrawing*sigh*

Kinda random, eh? Prismacolor on bristol board, probs my fave color medium. Drawing all the backing pumpkins was a pain. For the sake of the satire, I wish I'd spent more time trying to make the apron font look more "commerically" authentic, but I drew it fast with a cheap calligraphy pen, and I can't calligraph (?) worth a shiz.

EDIT: Had to upload this image after my media attachment became, uh, a dead link. Anybody know what happened to all the media? Did I do something wrong?

Decided to make a new icon, because the one with @Darlalloons26 was getting a bit less relevant as his thread began to slow down a bit. Maybe eventually I'll try shading it and getting a background. I'm normally very displeased with my own work, but despite not drawing in forever, I think this one turned out pretty good.
