@Elijah mentioned a creature known as a 'Romble' from Katsu's SNES game thingy and I decided to draw it.

Does anyone here try to do things like quick sketches? I used to do them a lot in figure drawing, but I've been getting rusty as of late. Should do it more :x
about 10-15 minutes per page

I usually only do the 30-60 second sketches as I have the attention span of a gnat... And haven't been to life drawing in two years and it shows.Does anyone here try to do things like quick sketches? Sometimes I have done those to try to experiment with the pose I want in the drawing or when I'm trying to use something as a reference.Does anyone here try to do things like quick sketches? I used to do them a lot in figure drawing, but I've been getting rusty as of late. Should do it more :x

I remember when I took a figure drawing class at an art musuem in town, we'd always have these warmup sessions at the start where we do these type of sketches (one minute each I think).I usually only do the 30-60 second sketches as I have the attention span of a gnat... A friend made this for me![]()
Don't worry, we like your work.no img tho :x
Maybe one last quick sketch, because people are probably getting annoyed with it

Update: It's been completed! (Or rather, as complete as it'll get before its unpresentable. Messed up Sleep's antler to not make him a mirror image of Wake... /sighs) It'll be presented to my class for critique either tomorrow or Monday.Been working on an art project with the theme "opposites". Went with drawing my two characters Wake and Sleep, the mind twins.

Wake is the girl smiling, she represents nightmares. Sleep is the boy, representing sweet dreams. Wake has complete control over the core subconscious in their story and tortures the mind through nightmares for seemingly no reason, and it's Sleep's job to find and stop her before the host kills himself.
