Money Problems/Success with Ordering From CWCVille Etsy/Ebay

Here's a copy of the message folks who were effected by the issue Chris has with his publisher recently:

I sincerely apologize, but I am having difficulty with my publisher; I had a limited number of Books on hand, and I shipped those out to the oldest orders the Friday before Christmas. I have to resize the page images; I am currently looking into other online publishers; I will have all this sorted out very soon. I am unable to issue any refunds, as I have had to spend the funds on bills and food and such. Please be patient. Thank you.

If you'd like to change your order to something else I can still make, I am enclosing a coupon code for the value you paid earlier, $13.00; the minimum purchase required for its use is $15.00, and it expires January 31, 2016. You are not obligated to use it, but should you use it, and you can use it only One Time, I will change your order from the book(s) to your new request. Your Coupon Code is: (A code number that is a derivative of the Etsy user name)

Believe me, this whole mess has left me feeling the worst of heartbreak and mental/emotional stress. But I am going to try to resume work with what I am able to do until I get the book situation sorted out, and I can reactivate their listings on my shop. Again, Thank You for your understanding.

Sincerely,
Christine W. Chandler.
I like the "It's a $13 coupon but you have to purchase something of $15 or more to use it".

Or the "you're not obligated to use it" but at the same time I'm going to add an expiration date and you still aren't going to get the thing you paid for.

Chris at his finest folks.

I mean really, what are you gonna do with some poorly-crafted Sonichu medallion? Wear it every time you go out? I would hope not.
I wouldn't want a medallion (I'd be somewhat wary of touching it) but the comics are truly a novelty. We've been following this character and his crazy IP-infringing comics for years and he finally got them published.

It felt a little good to give some money to someone who has provided me with so much entertainment over the years.

Fair enough. That wasn't easy, especially given the infringing circumstances mentioned.

Tell you what. If he ever manages to get a Sonichu video game made, I'll buy it.

In b4 powerleveling, but my husband bought a medallion for a friend of his as a gag birthday gift a while back and it took two months before it showed up. Part of that might just be because of shipping to Europe on the cheapest method available, but I'm sure most of it was just Chris being lazy or too busy with more important things like buying vidya he never legitimately plays.

And I can only imagine he's become even more lax about getting shit out on time since then after discovering doing commissions requires some degree of work.

I wasn't sure if I should make this info public, but I did tip off the con staff at Megacon about Chris planning to sell his wares at their event. Since Chris didn't pay for a dealers table (and I'm sure he didn't file any forms for paying any sales taxes). Despite the risk of being labeled a Ween, it seemed the right thing to do in order to help keep the convention from getting into hot water with the VA Dept. of Revenue & Finance because of the greed of a fat tranny autist.

The first reply I got from the Financial and Operations Director was :

"Haha. Thank you so much for the head's up. Christian live's in the area and we are usually on top of what's happening. Again thanks for the heads up!"

and

"We don't allow dealers to sell copyrighted material unless they show proof that they are allowed. They also have to be registered with VA for tax purposes or fill out the appropriate form to pay taxes on what they sell."

Note the words "copyrighted material". They know that "Sonichu" is a bastardization of not one but two copyrighted characters.

In short, the convention staff have had run-ins with Chris before, and they're going to be watching him like a hawk during this year's con (I'm sure he's damn easy to spot in a crowd). If he tries to sell any of his Sonichu crap out in the convention dealer's room or hallways without the proper documentation, Con Security will witness it and they probably have been given preemptive permission to immediately escort Chris off of the property. Conventions do not fuck around with such things where copyright laws and the state tax department is concerned.

I also work for OmegaCon, and in another thread I mentioned the issues with Chris trying to sell anything sonichu. We're notifying both con security and bag check to make sure that there's no items for Chris to sell. We haven't had any prior issues with Chris, but we also know to keep a good eye on what goes on because of the claim that there was a free vendor table in the deal.

Edit: by "We're notifying" I mean I am going to. But either way, it's not happening. I also just sent Chris a message asking if theres plans to sell sonichu items, so I can shut that down asap.

Chris gonna come in this time with 5 medallions in his ass and this time he will be in his room signed into the pan, truly getting the last laugh and making a whopping 250$ in the process

Also I sincerely hope this forum devolves into a customer care and how to get your products from Chris forum, including troubleshooting threads

Glad to know that you and the other staff person are on alert and will working to keep your event from being soured by Stinky Winky's financial shenanigans. This will of course result in MegaCon getting tagged "BLOODY UNFAIR" by Chris in a future FB post or video, but you have the laws on your side.

PS: Make sure the Megacon Jerkops have on rubber gloves when rummaging through Chris' shit, for obvious reasons.

I'm actually surprised that I haven't been doxed or called out for denying that vendor table. I'm just wondering how much it'll take before Chris deems the con as BLOODY UNFAIR or something along the lines. Security at the venue that does bag check wears gloves, I'm pretty sure. I still doubt that Chris would even have people's orders ready for the con with what's been said in this thread so far.

Also, I do have an "official" (gmail lol) con email that kiwis should message instead of my coworkers regarding any more questions/concerns about Chris and the convention. I'm not sure if sharing would be too powerlevel? It's not listed on the website and some of the staff don't know who Chris is.

IMO, save all that for after the con, file your report (and yes, post pics please!), and then field questions from the Peanut gallery here. If the con knows what Chris has planned and will take steps to prevent him from violating any con TOS and tax laws, then I'm satisfied and will leave it at that for now. The rest is up to you.

As for those on the staff who don't yet know who Chris is, please educate them. It's in their own best interest.

Looks like the next iteration of jerkops is getting a uniform change

Make sure you let him in on that stuff. I mean he will never allow himself to call it a parody but he might figure out he can also try to do this legitimately by filling out the proper paper work and paying for a table and not just showing up and deman...he'll probably show up as Carlos chantor with a trenchcoat full of amiibos

With all that being said, who wants to bet Chris shows up in a super skimpy Sailor Neptune costume.
He will show up dressed like a pony character. And luckily for him, there's a character with the perfect build for him:

Also, this year will be marked by Chris jumping from one E-store to another after making sales, spending the money and never delivering the promised items until he eventually runs out of places to sell his junk.

Where did you send this message?

Edit: Er, I think I asked you this question before. Facebook, right?

Give that pony a heavy beard Shadow and manly face, and you've got yourself a true and honest doppleganger
