ProjectMoon Megathread - Lobotomy Corporation, Library of Ruina, Limbus Company, etc.

Rollback purged our subsequent posts :(

Anyway, the current goalpost went from “why didn’t you speak up” to “HOW DARE YOU POST A DRAFT OF A DOCUMENT” from PM, and that’s after the poster I saw admitted that Vellmori didn’t want it public.

Literally nothing will sate these vultures, Jesus fucking Christ.
PM's statement about what actually happened with Vellmori, again:
The PM User Association publicly posted the Certificate of Contents sent by PM, which is what caused PM's announcement earlier today.
I thought machine translators would be unreliable so I translated this myself.

The part PM mentioned this in their post:

https://preview.redd.it/a61tqjprsko...bp&s=5be74e55ea59f174994c4b358e1f23567aad2ca9
tl;dr of first image: We've stayed silent despite your false accusations to protect the worker in question, but due to continued slander and negative effects to the company we are sending you this as we are forced to take legal action. (*TN: The certificate of contents is legal proof that the group or person received the papers, so they can't deny having received it or read it later)

2nd~3rd image:
  1. The main points regarding the termination of contracts with the worker in question are as follows.

(1) Before the announcement was posted in 2023.7.25, a phone call was held with the worker. During the phone call, the worker brought up first that they can't & do not want to work further and wished to resign. (voice recording exists)

(2) At 2023.8.3 The worker, their labor attorney, and the CEO & staff member of PM had a face-to-face meeting(PM had an attorney at the time, but said attorney was not present in the discussion out of concern that the worker would feel pressured). In the meeting PM accepted the worker's wishes and requests and came to a smooth agreement(agreement(*TN: settlement? I'm not law-savvy) papers exist)

(3) PM did not mention the worker or the contents of the agreement as much as possible to protect the worker and respect their wishes(As of 2023.9.8, 30 days have passed since the agreement) (*TN: I assume the agreement said both parties - or only PM - would not talk about the worker or the agreement for at least 30 days)

- The contents of the agreement and the fact that the agreement happened had not been mentioned as the worker did not wish for them to be publicly revealed.
- The reason the EN and JP translations for the 7.25 announcement had not been separately uploaded had also been to prevent the worker from being mentioned further with additional posts.
- For almost a month the company was attacked with false information, and suffered a negative impact on sales and image, but did not post further statements about facts out of concerns that the worker would feel their safety is threatened by personal attacks and harassment.
- Also, despite death threats, posts with threats of violence, and similar mails towards PM and its other employees, PM did not take action, to protect the worker in question(Records of such posts and emails exist). (*TN: Bit of a headtilt, but I guess it's because when the people who wrote those posts receive the sue notice they're going to inevitably stir up the hive again)
- Even when several presses and broadcasting companies reported the issue as unfair dismissal without checking the facts, we did not take action, and waited.

  1. As can be seen from above, PM ended the contract in accordance with the worker's wishes, (*TN: bold and underline is in the original, not mine) protected the worker and did our best to be as considerate as we could in the agreement, and the claim that PM one-sidedly unfairly fired the worker is not true.
However, yours and other associations are stating your opinions on PM with expressions such as "ideology verification", "witch hunting", "termination of contract due to expressing personal beliefs", and "unfair/illegal dismissal", which are false.

  1. PM endured thus far without disclosing the details to protect and respect the worker, as they did not wish for the details of the agreement and the fact that there was an agreement to be revealed, but even now misinformation based on unverified information and circumstantial conjectures that haven't been cross-checked are being spread and interrupting business, causing damage to PM and around 50 employees and associated people.

tl;dr of last part: Requests for posts and other media including false information to be deleted, request for the association to stop slander and spreading misinformation. If the group does not accept these requests after receiving this paper, we have no choice but to sue for defamation by libel or slander.

TL;DR of the TL;DR again: Vellmori quit on her own and was compensated, PM has recorded proof of this but won't publish it because it's against Vellmori's wishes. PM's taking their White Nights, Dark Days company story arc to court, and has a really good chance of BTFOing the Youth Union because the Youth Union decided to owngoal themselves, and got caugt psyopping the PMUA and the union boss is currently seething himself into an early grave on twitter.

I love the city I live in.

noticed that in one of those slides, devsisters is named. what they have to do with pm? (also, the farms could use a cookie run thread. another game series with an insane fanbase)

Unsure about the exact legal terms, but: Devsisters had (has?) a program of sorts where they give funding to smaller companies, and they did so with PM. I forgot the exact amount, but it wasn’t a small sum.

Cookie Run’s fandom is equally insane (and plenty of overlap) but at the same time I feel the non-financial drama is easily boiled down to 1. Skintone 2. Pronouns. They’re goddamn cookies man.

3: anytime yogurca is in sight, (twitter) people ree for cultural appropation and orientalism, or something.

Am I just shit at this game? So no one will cry is fucking difficult, even with high level id's and they're all max.

Bruh, my computer exploded at the worst time. I'm not sure I'll be able to beat RR2 before its over (:_(

Truck(s? I only saw one) protests have begun outside PM’s office, accusing them of serving cookies to DCinside and lawsuits to the Youth Org / PMUA.

There’s so much copium from the Youth Org lmao. Claiming that PM MUST have somehow forced Vellmori to say she wants to resign, and again moving the goalpost to “what about Mogguu, MIMI, and Watson???”

Also suddenly bringing up that DCinside hates shitskins. Surprise, faggot, S.Koreans are pretty damn infamous for “skin whitening” products / procedures. Of course they hate blackies, and Westerners since you idiots are giving them plenty of reason to do so.

EDIT: PM pretty much caved in and issued a generic apology about cyberbullying and crap. Even if they think it doesn’t, it pretty much means the Youth Org won because every beat they wanted was hit in the apology. Extremely disappointed. (They posted it on the Limbus account instead of the PM account.)

Makes you wonder if the youth org namedropped the politician they’re hooked up with again. Sigh.

But of course, the vultures are still blaming PM for not TLing into the other languages (explained by KJH it was indeed TL’d, but not posted to try and contain the rage to KR), and not revealing Vellmori quit on her own terms (also already established that this would go against her wishes). Shouldn’t have caved.

Can someone please explain to me what the gimmick is supposed to be with the Steam Machine in RR2? Whenever I break the body and arm it becomes resistant to all damage. I have a case of smooth brain and can't understand how anyone can beat it in a reasonable amount of turns.

So, in 24 hours, the union head retard:
Swore that PM was finished, fr fr this time
Got reverski'd
Coped and seethed about the PMUA getting found out as a pysop
Said that PM did nothing wrong as a speaker for the union
Swore that PM will be finished fr fr this time, seriously fr, if they don't fulfill the demands of the PMUA, which they're suing

Did I miss anything?
edit: I did!

The PMUA is also seething into oblivion.

The PM User Association welcomes Project Moon's announcement, "Apology to Our Fans for the Inadequate Early Response After the July 25th Notice" (henceforth to be referred to as "the apology"), posted today at 20:20 (KST), but there were no actual solutions in the apology.
If Project Moon truly wishes to apologize to its fans and be forgiven, is it not right to express that desire by actions.

That Project Moon has posted an explanation, apology, and translation for the announcement made on July 25th gives the PM User Association a sliver of hope that the situation will be properly resolved.
However, the explanation posted on September 18th does not include an explanation and apology that is detailed and clear enough to restore the image of the victimized illustrator, get to the bottom of DCInside's cyber-bullying against the illustrator, and to thereby prevent future harassment of employees.
There are no plans about actual actions, only excuses.
In addition, as the announcement posted on September 16th on the official Project Moon account is warping public opinion based on an incorrect perception of the User Association, we make the statement that follows:

**All** members of the PM User Association are users who consumed PM's content, and are clear "consumers" of all of PM's content (comics, novels, games).
As visible in the PM User Association's founding statement, the PM User Association was created by people who loved the game to present the correct path forward, which is to protect the company's employees and the freedom of expression.
However, PM has stigmatized the users who were disappointed by your actions and thus protested to be a "political organization", and is still advocating only the users of a certain online community.
The Association is devastated by this hypocritical response.

Also, on the publicization of the Certificate of Contents that PM sent to the Association and the "political aim" of the statement that followed, we make the following clear.
It is entirely within the right of the recipient to release the Certificate of Contents, but the Association, in consideration of PM, made various efforts to respect PM's opinions, such as to ask PM's lawyer's opinion.
It is difficult to understand within the boundaries of common sense that such efforts of the Association is being interpreted as a political attack.

The Association asks for exactly three things (a clear explanation, an announcement, and a meeting with the users), and that has never changed since the conception of the Association.
The association does not wish for PM's downfall, and wishes that PM will grow with integrity, using its current mistakes as fertilizer.
If the love and time that the Association has spent for PM and all actions it took to request for an explanation about the recent series of controversies is what PM claims to be of political aim, the PM User Association will not contest.

As PM has apologized and expressed the will to improve, we, for the last time, request the following practical measures for improvement.
  1. Clearly admit that DCInside Lobotomy Gallery's censorship, cyber-stalking, and cyber-bullying against PM is the cause of the current situation, and announce that strict legal measures are being taken.
  2. Admit that the announcement posted on 07/26 at midnight could have been interpreted to mean that the contract was ended due to the fault of the employee.
  3. Admit that the employee mentioned in said announcement has no fault whatsoever, and publicly and clearly state that it is so.
  4. To prove what specific measures will be taken to protect that employee, and that your apology is more than empty words, hold a meeting with your consumers and make announcements there.

Finally, the Association is holding various evidence of death threats toward the CEO Kim Ji-hoon, insults toward the illustrator, and the process of cyber-stalking that took place in DCInside since the beginning of the controversy until now.
As PM has promised to take stern legal action against all organizations and individuals that are committing cyber-bullying and secondary victimization, the PM User Association will send all evidence to Project Moon.

*As announced to the User Association, we expect PM to take stern legal action.*

Best Regards,
Kim Min-seong, representative of the PM User Association.

The final boss isn't that bad. I had a harder time on electric centipede.

Chef Ryo came in clutch at the end. Stacking Lust damage throughout the run/final fight made her pull off 500 damage while using her Skill 3.

Can someone please explain to me what the gimmick is supposed to be with the Steam Machine in RR2? Whenever I break the body and arm it becomes resistant to all damage. I have a case of smooth brain and can't understand how anyone can beat it in a reasonable amount of turns.
The best that I've found was to focus the arm, then the body.
I usually waste like 5 - 7 turns on this thing, I'm pretty sure the intended way is to get it really close to death so you can beat it up within 2 turns once it gets resistances.

The idea is to get it as close to stagger while setting up burst, then blow your load in the two turns you get before his resistances harden. But he's currently bugged so he hardens instantly when his body breaks, instead of the turn after. Even if you do it right, it's hard as fuck to pop him unless you're doing sinking memes.

Can’t quote your post Gondola, but it also came out that PM sent the GYU leader a Cease and Desist through DMs, which people are scrambling to say is “invalid” (it’s not, and if anything it makes PM look better because they didn’t “dox” anyone to get his physical address).

GYU Leader ofc posted it publicly and the vultures are all over it. There’s more cope and seethe and “totally gonna getcha” from him.

EDIT: Here’s the archive of him opening the link, because I just realised this works perfectly fine as proof they did send him the document.

If they sent it physically, there’s obviously going to be a delay and he could also simply throw it away and claim he never received it. With this, PM has proof he did know of the C&D and opened it. Regardless if he actually read the contents in full, that should be more than enough to stop him from claiming ignorance in court.

Does sinking affect abnormalities? I still can't tell if it does or not.

New Rodion is pretty damn good, she's been great for RR. Would definitely recommend not passing her up.

First pull for Rodion gave me Soda Hong Lu... The gacha god taunts me yet again. I think I'll just buy all the egos so they'll disappear from the pool permanently.

Also Gregor extraction is up, both are good support, I'll splurge a 10 pull hoping to get G Gregor for its passive.

Also wonder why doesn't PM buff Tremor so it does damage after the enemy can no longer ger staggered.
