r/childfree - Where child-haters congregate

Ladies, imagine this: In order to be an aunt, you or your spouse have to have siblings who reproduced. That means you get to hear about children from said siblings for eighteen years.

Also, you have to have a job that pays for your exotic vacations.

Just shows what spoiled brats Childfree people are.

This just sounds like her MIL is opting out of the gift exchange because she has limited funds. That's her prerogative.

Similarly, if the redditor wants to take this opportunity to demonstrate that she feels threatened by a newborn and to establish a one-sided rivalry with her infant niece that will make her look like the immature one of the two, that's her prerogative.

If she's having that much trouble sleeping, maybe she should see a sleep therapist with all that money she saves from being child free. Maybe also ask your boyfriend to turn off his phone. But, you sure showed them mombies unfriending all 17 of them on Faceboo

That post crams a lot of “too much time on the internet” red flags into an impressively short word count.
Sleep problems, wake up and immediately post on Facebook, caring about Facebook, expecting people to get references to a vine, and the inability to empathize with other humans.

Didn't these people start out as children, making it existentially hypocritical for them to actively hate kids?
The people of r/childfree either forget that, ignore it, or just say "Well, I was a good kid. Unlike all these crotch-drippings out here."

The funniest part is that they act just like how they perceive all children to: spoiled, bratty, and selfish. In all honesty they're just projecting.

Shit that never happened for 1000, Mr. Trebek. You always get presents at Christmas time, or maybe you would have if you weren't a spoiled little shit who spends all their time complaining about someone else's children and not their own miserable life.

Shhhhh.... you're making too much sense.

Child haters are so short sighted. Don't they realize that the kids they shit on may one day pull the plug on them in the nursing home? I'm kidding, of course. No one will love them enough to see that they are cared fore.

I have never seen people just stop what they're doing to ogle a baby or a child in public.

It sounds like a creepy, unsavory thing to do actually.

Is it cruel to point out to millenials that social security for the old is a relatively recent concept, and likely one not to stay around before the end of the century?

Looking at the kind of shit people spew on r/childfree, I really have my doubts that anyone from there will turn out that way.

I guess he needs a gift too, after all Christmas is about the children and he's a complete manchild.

While up to this moment I felt sad knowing that with how things are going in developed world pensions may become unsustainable, knowing these people will also have no pensions and will suffer way more dying alone, it makes it less depressing.

The thing about having children is that it forces you to grow the fuck up and these people want to be carefree forever
...altho I would recommend to at least be nice to their nephews unless they want to be buried in unmarked graves after being homeless and miserable in their last years; that if they ever make it to old age, bitches are so sensitive they'll get a stroke the day they find out they once were children too.

The shortsightedness is astounding. That excited new grandmother will now be completely content with her new grandkid. That means that you are off the hook for ever having to have kids. Parents get pretty antsy laterin life about there being grandchildren eventually. Be glad that your siblings have their children so that you don't have to get questioned every holiday about it.

This wasn't posted on r/childfree, but it contains an example of the typical child-hater who posts there. This asshole harassed a special needs child who was excited over apples.

This emblematic of a mindset I've noticed growing in the nu-media acolyte sadsack community, that if you don't have kids, you somehow will get elevated into the trust fund/socialite/"artist" lifestyle. But this is just bullshit, the one thing doesn't lead to the other.

It's like a cargo cult approach to lifestyles. And if they don't get that one in a million dream career (they won't) they will be stuck with absolutely nothing.

MGTOWs have said the same, many times: that a woman will hold you back from your dreams, and a family will suck you dry, so staying single will give you a headstart on being the next da Vinci or Einstein.

Except none of them ever seems to do anything bigger than write a blog read by about half a dozen yes-men all bobbing their heads in unison.

It's what produces MovieBobs and the like, the belief that being "unconventional" is proof of higher intelligence than the regular person has, and will get you into this super-secret enclave of ruling-class people who don't accept boring, lowbrow "normies" in the ranks and why Bob and his ilk are so dismissive of blue-collar society, stay-at-home Moms and "oppressive" cis-hetero sexuality.

To them, one doesn't take a menial but vital job because they actually find it redeeming, a fit for their natural aptitude or have no other better options, the working class/nuclear family is a lifestyle you chose first, and your (worthless and obsolete) employment follows..... It's why they're always puffing themselves up as these great intellectuals, talking about how evolved beyond the old paradigm they are... how unconventional the sex they have is..... The poor are poor because they were too timid to be bold and daring and live outside the box, thus they have no one to blame but themselves if they can't ever make more than 30K a year on an assembly line..... they did it to themselves with their shriveled intellects.

They think you choose/identify with your preferred social class and THEN are entitled by fate/the progressive stack/the woke Gods/Government to a job that sustains your choice... they have the whole flow chart of labor and society BACKWARDS.

If I saw a kid excited over apples, I'd be ecstatic. But I need to ask, how do you even say that kind of shit to a persona, let alone a kid?
