But there are a lot of r/polyamory posts that unironically sound like the guy in that TikTok, without being satire.
I am genuinely surprised that the poly crowd hasn't tried to claim that "cuck" is a slur against their community yet.

This post is communicating that this person likes cock and sex toys, with the additional information that their male sex partner's actual penis is rendered useless (likely due to E). But just saying that doesn't make you special and sounds rather pathetic so they try to use all sorts of tricks to fluff things up. The problem is they usually have limited vocabularies and are emotionally stunted individuals so just ends up coming across as slightly more articulate baby talk with a slew of weasel words. Which is disturbing to a lot of normal people when used to discuss sex and adult relationships.

"'penis policy'" = they so do love their policies and rules which they try to pretend makes their friends with benefits situations with more than one person seem more like an actual relationship. At best many of these are just "cuddle piles" with few of them having much sex at all. So hawt.

"Kinda cool and fun" = it may not seem like it at first but these are "weasel phrases" that are just there for fluff. Again, so things don't come across as pathetic as they truly are.

I think that a lot of them have picked up on the progressive therapyspeak that's so common in those circles. It's very wishy washy language that distances subjects from one another/ the results of their actions and is popular with manipulative people for that reason.
