Also, I don't know if it's fair to group podiatry stuff with hoof trimming. The sympathetic pain felt from watching someone's toe get mangled is far worse than a hoof with abscesses in it.
 
Some of these are insane, why is nobody talking about that insane tattoo infection? That's a straight up staph infection, I've never been so mortified seeing such a wound drainage like that.

Here's a classic, decade-old cyst pop, the cyst lovingly called "George". I remember watching this years ago and as much as I was disgusted/horrified at the sight, I couldn't look away. I don't know why I find these videos so fascinating.

What's absolutely fucking infuriating about the popping community is videos of people removing sebaceous filaments and thinking they're removing blackheads.

Ye, they're there for a reason. If you remove them, A: they'll just come back, and B: it leaves the pore wide open, allowing it to fill up with impurities, which would cause a pimple to form. The opposite of what they're trying to prevent/treat.

Also, thanks to these two videos I've realized I still have a soul. I can watch all the assorted "people dying by various horribly violent means" videos all day long with no problem. Same with pimple popping, cyst removals, surgeries, you name it. I could not watch these. I made it three seconds into each one and had to stop.

I could never be a veterinarian. I'd fucking kill people (in Minecraft) for allowing shit like that to happen to animals in their care.

Speaking of which...

My dog once had a lipoma on her belly. It kinda looked like a black outie belly button. Vet maintained that it was harmless, but to watch if it got bigger. Well, it got bigger. The night before we were supposed to see the vet about its increasing size, we suddenly smelled something nasty in my dog's direction. There was this gray mush on the floor and on her belly. Fucking thing exploded. Doggie was fine. It didn't create a hole in her abdominal cavity or anything like that; it was more like a very juicy blister popped than anything. She just needed to be coned for a couple days as the site healed. But omg the smell. I was gagging as I was picking up that shit with a paper towel.

Seriously! Years of running into horrifying videos of beheadings and mass shootings, even that photo of the guy with the whole butter knife in his urethra and yet animals (and kids) are the limit.

It's a shame the Gambian vet practice didn't make it. The people are too soulless to be bothered by even mangoworms and there's little if anything that can be done about it. Terrible. :(
