just read Chris's woman's day rant about rosechu. What a shit show.
- Of course chris thinks his OC ripoff character is the greatest ever despite never appearing in the official shows/games/comics themselves.
- Of course chris goes on about how 'Rosechu isn't worthless' despite never addressing this in the past and likely will never address it again since he doesn't do comics anymore. He'll just do a card and go back toplaying video games 'meditating.'
- Chris calls the Incredible Lioness a mega evolution despite not understanding how evolutions work in pokemon (IE they tend to have them at the end of their evolutionary cycle, not the middle), and then surprises me that chris DOES remember Metonic and Vampirosa.
- Again, I'm surprised chris even remembers the 4cent garbage building saga. More surprised that he's so vehement about hating the troll behind it. I guess chris still holds a grudge for those gay ads despite being bi now.

Makes sense. Convention organizers aren't exactly known for their morality, you're lucky if they don't run off with the funds. Chris is probably their biggest concern considering he's the most infamous person on the list. PR takes precedence over any concern for actual pedophiles or groomers.

Chris spends a ton of money at cons though. He spent $2,000 in swag alone at the final BronyCon. Convention organizers usually don’t care who you are as long as you’re spending money and not doing anything too outrageous— they expect a hodgepodge of gross weirdos.
Still there was one bronycon incident an acquaintance from college informed me about. His friend was there because she was an artist and an actual MLP fan (like before G4) and viewed the whole brony thing in a wholesome light (This was like 2012). She put on a white sweater and a purple wig as a last-ditch Rarity cosplay. She was standing with a group of people she was attending with when out of nowhere a huge neckbeard bearhugs her from behind and thanks her for being “best pony” before dawdling off. She immediately tossed the getup and left early after reporting the guy to security, but they never found out who it was.
Point is there’s a ton of horror stories that went on within these cons and Chris’s antics are mild compared to most of them.

I knew it, the minute I heard about this place as bc was closing up shop it turned out it took place in a resort town/hotel. If it was a cruise we'd be hearing plans to change it now that the Corona virus is stranding most of the major cruises at sea.Seaquestria doesn't involve a cruise. It takes place at a hotel.
