Containment Random Chris Updates

This it true of most of the languages Liquid speaks in the video, the pronnouonciation of "equippe" meaning team is innacurate, but it's kinda funny. More accurately, it's closer in sound to something like "ekippe" in the English pronunciation, I'm told.
Another funny result of this seemingly google-translated dialogue is that he refers to his "jolie proffesseur du français", which means the professor or teacher is male.
Foreshadowing, perhaps?

Reactions: The Un-Clit
This is kinda a minor thing and it's a bit old, but the french translation for the liquid chris "July 31 2009 Christian Weston Chandler Ricardo Hablar con el Impostor, And MANY OTHER NOTIFICATIONS!" was really innacurate.
It's obvious that Liquid was using Google Translate, or if that wasn't a thing at the time, was translating his sentences one word at a time. Off the top of my head, when he was speaking Spanish, at one point he talks about Solid's "Last video," as in the previous video Chris made. The proper phrasing would've been "video pasado" but Liquid said "ultimo video" because "last video" literally translates to "ultimo video," which would itself literally translate to "final video," as in no videos would ever be made afterwards.
Still a pretty good bit.

Just heard that Contrapoints tried cashing in on Christorians with the "muh transphobic" argument. Funny, no ?
I half paid attention while watching that video (this meme of making "muh video essay" feature-length has to stop) and don't recall Contra saying Christorians are transphobic. Contra implies it's transphobic or otherwise hurtful to not validate Chris's gender identity, but Contra's main criticism/accusation against Christorians is that every Christorian is only interested in Chris out of some contempt for what could be. Like everyone who watches Chris is secretly the Joker, one bad day away from becoming a Transformers collecting autistic woman, and we all document and laugh at Chris in some effort to "be above" that part of ourselves and to be above Chris. I think there's a lot of merit to that criticism and that it's true for many people. Over the years I've seen lots of posts like "I'm autistic and Chris shows just how much worse my life could be" and shit like that, which conforms to Contra's point.

Contra also mocks the idea that anyone can be plainly interested in Chris being the most documented human in history, saying that, were it true, trolling wouldn't be necessary, and the accusation is made that Chris fans have unhealthy obsessions. To the first point, it's not like everyone's out here trying to be a Chris troll. Contra mentions this and says that the consensus (seemingly here specifically which makes enough sense) is that trolling Chris is bad because it's just tryhard attention-seeking, which isn't something anyone can really argue against. Pretty much any whiff of trolling is followed by making fun of the troll for trying to get a saga named after them. If Chris wasn't a paranoid schizo and was easier to fuck with, I bet dozens of people on here who condemn it would be all over that shit. There's also not much arguing that Chris fans have unhealthy obsessions. I know more about the Chandler household than I know about my immediate family. I imagine the level of knowledge most people autistic enough to sign up for an account here have is likely comparatively disproportionate to more important things in their life.

TL;DR Not really, no. Contra tries cashing in with different points

Contra cares NOW, because surely none of this shit was going on pre trooning..... Nah, Contra just DGAF pre trooning. Because then Chris was an evil cishet male. So Mr. Points.... go yank your crank and stop trying to hop on the Chris train, BOY.

Says the person, who needs plastic surgery to quiet the voices in his head.

Once again, it's the slippery slope fallacy that this person is worried about. Not about Chris. He's worried about homophobes eventually working their way up from Chris to people like Contra. He's wrong about cringe content. I enjoy laughing at Chris because he's funny, and because it's the only societal acceptable way to put freaks in their places after social justice took hold, and they closed all the mental institutions.

So as usual, fiction that he likes (be it official or not) is actually real and takes place in Dimension 69-420-whatever, but when it doesn't favor his view it's just a "depiction".
With the Chris Chan: The Prequel web comic, he rationalized the story by saying it took place in an unnamed sister dimension close to ours but not exact. While they clearly embellished parts of Chris' story for shits and giggles, and anyone with an IQ above room temperature could see that, he still felt the need to swoop in and correct it with his own ass-backwards logic. He did the same thing when he read the ProjectSNT Fanfic.

Spic garbage here. Both forms would be correct as long as no other videos have been made at that point. "último video" as in "last video" in that context would have "up to this point" implicit, and IMO would be even the most natural way to phrase it.

man at this rate he's gonna completely retcon Sonichu and make him a peaceful hippie that stops fights wif wordz of love.

SONICHUS (singing): We are prideful, we've got "Love Is Love"...
JERKOPS (mournful-looking): Well, this is a lot sadder than it was in the good old days. Ah well, let's get stuck in and ram those crappy comics up their furry ringpieces.
