I'm surprised he hasn't aped the idea of meeting one's past or future self via time travel like in Back to the Future (which we know Chris has seen), but with pony.

Then again, it took CWC a lot of thinking to merge two different things like Sonic and Pokemon -- or Sonichu with MLP -- into a single thing, so then again I'm not surprised.

While I agree he's not schizophrenic in the clinical sense, I think his acute level of autism produces some sort of break with reality more akin to a 4 year old.
I don't think he sees cartoons around him, but I think he very strongly imagines them. And that's good enough for Chris to prove their existence.

Chris is a perfect storm of cognitive dissonance and magical thinking, complicated by overstimulation and oversocialization (lol). Early onset dementia would complete the delusional trifecta. But schizophrenia? I doubt it. Even in someone with arrested development like Chris, that would have manifested around the time the trolling began, or shortly before.

Not that burning his house down and macing innocent people isn't something schizophrenics do, but in Chris's case, we have better explanations.
