Containment Random Chris Updates

It's like some tranny thing.

Some foods like soy naturally increase estrogen*, so they're a go-to option for trannies too poor or crazy to get prescriptions for actual hormones.

Someone's passing him tranny tricks.

Edit: it's like tranny folk science though, so probably not in any useful amounts

Soy (and other legumes and certain seeds, like flax seeds) have phytoestrogens. However, there's no evidence (despite lots of studies) that show that phytoestrogens increases estrogens. Your digestive system likely destroys it all anyway

I suppose this could be Jessay's suggestion. Perhaps her endgame could be getting Chris to gain 100 pounds, using her supposed fatty fetish to fuel the fire. Considering the blob he already is, that wouldn't be hard.
There is such a thing as a feeder fetish...

Yeah. Wikipedia says that phytoestrogens will enter the bloodstream and get pissed out, so they at least reach that far. But I doubt they have any impact.

Like, if they do have an effect on humans, it's probably very minute. I'm guessing it's something like the panicking people do over bovine growth hormones, where you might be able to observe a small effect, but only in individuals who consume retardedly unrealistic quantities of beef annually.

Or like the sperging people do regarding water fluoridation.

Exactly. It's like when people claim zinc increases testosterone. It does, if your zinc levels are low. And even then, it increases it such a small amount that it's negligible. Increasing levels of a hormone by even 5% is usually negligible.

There's some reason to be concerned that excessive consumption of soy products is linked to increased risks of breast cancer.

I think it's one of those "everything causes cancer" bullshit things, but I still wouldn't consume lots of it on an every day basis. (The real problem with soy sauce, even reduced sodium, is much of its flavor is from salt.)

Yeah it sounds like it was a very specific thing, too. 52 g of protein worth of soy protein powder (way more than most people would eat, as that's a lot from one individual source of protein) and in women newly diagnosed with cancer.

In bodybuilding, a lot of bro-science says to not eat soy protein, but actual studies have shown that whey protein (the gold standard) is not as effective as a 50/50 mix of whey + soy protein powders (due to amino acid profiles complimenting each other most likely).

It's highly unnecessary. Are you really gonna get chris to eat worse food or get him to exercise less?

Chris does not understand the concept of twitter.

He could eat more, anyway.

No one seems to understand the concept of twitter. This isn't that much more exceptional than posting a screenshot of a note document, which Chris has demonstrated a conceptual knowledge of with his handwritten notes, but seems to have less of a practical inclination to do.
