Some foods like soy naturally increase estrogen*, so they're a go-to option for trannies too poor or crazy to get prescriptions for actual hormones.

Soy (and other legumes and certain seeds, like flax seeds) have phytoestrogens. However, there's no evidence (despite lots of studies) that show that phytoestrogens increases estrogens. Your digestive system likely destroys it all anyway
